Mike has consistently been exceptionally reliable and completely honest. On this occasion, I brought my car in because the brakes were making a slight squeak, thinking I needed new ones. However, when I went to pick up the car, not only did I not need new brakes, but they also did warranty work on the brake pads and fixed the rotors at no cost! Their honesty, friendliness, and reasonable prices are truly commendable. I highly recommend them - 10 stars.

I went in to Michael's today for an oil change. It was my first time there. My prior mechanic was great, but they are located in Arkansas. Michael's took great care of my car. They are polite and reasonably priced. And, since they knew in advance that I would be waiting, they scheduled me for a time when they could get right on the job. So, I had as short a wait as is reasonable. I know an oil change (plus inspection, plus fluid top off) is not super complex. But, my over all feel is that they are considerate and competent. And, I would trust them with any future work.

I have used Michaels Auto Repair twice now. Recently had an overheating problem. Michaels got my truck in quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable and accurate estimate for replacement water pump and timing belt. The truck was back to me within 2 days. I asked about some future potential work on my truck and Kerry took the time to give me good advice about brake upgrades and transmission servicing. I trust these folks to give me advice of how to best take care of my truck without breaking the bank. Michaels is a top notch operation. I highly recommend.

Its been a long time since I've needed a mechanic. But my HVAC system wasn't working properly and I had a small leak from somewhere. Anyway, I dropped my car off at 7:30am. The nice gentleman at the front desk, Kerry I think his name was, quoted me a cost that was much less than I was anticipating. when my car was done, within a few hours, my final cost was even less than he quoted me. The staff was very friendly and didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of me being a female (I've experienced this in the past) will be taking my cars here in the future!

Outstanding service and a very friendly staff. I brought my car in to have the headlight bulbs replaced but while the car was there it encountered another issue that left it unable to be driven. Michael and his team went above and beyond to expeditiously fix the the issue with the ignition lock cylinder. He returned the car to me much faster than I was expecting and he even put a new battery in my key fob. The staff did a great job of being transparent and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend Michael's Auto Repair!

Needed a new alternator in my Mercedes. Got charged 1300$ for it! I I know that's an easy fix so felt robbed. Also, took them over a week to do it. I went to get my car 2 different times because they said it'd be ready and wasn't. But the work they did fixed the car so that's good. Only used them cause it was nearby and my car needed towed, won't be going back.Service: Auto maintenance

Being new to the area its hard to know where is trustworthy. I had an issue with my Ford Focus and did a lot of research on the possible issues. I took it to another garage and they immediately jumped to the most expensive fix without even looking at the car. Michaels gave me an in depth breakdown of their findings (after initial investigation) and almost quoted word for word the research which I had previous done and tried the least expensive fix 1st.. This in fact resolved my issue. I will therefore keep this as my go to garage for any future work and would strongly recommend this family run honest business.

I was very impressed that Michael's did a thorough and timely diagnosis on my car. I have an older car and they did a quick check of the main elements for ensuring a good running engine and found it was the mixture adjustment on the carburetor. The car is running great now and I wish I had gone here sooner. Great work guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came in for a squealing belt which I thought must be worn out. They checked the belts and found that they were still in good condition, but very dirty and poorly-adjusted.

I wanted to try an independent shop. As the prices I was quoted from the dealer seamed very high. I told this to the guy when I checked the car in. But when he texted me with a quote , it was 30% higher then the dealer. I do not see the point to go to an independent mechanic if their is no saving in it. Several friends told me say save about 50%-30%when they go to an independent. These guys are higher

They identified the root cause of check engine light. Provided me the time to fix and estimation accurately. The cost is in line with regional cost and lot less then car dealers. The fix is perfect. My car running perfectly now.
