I do not indicate that store!!! NEVERRR !!!I bought a mattress from them December of 2020. At the time, they charged a $120 delivery fee to walk the 4.5miles from downtown Redmond to Kirkland. after I bought it, I looked on the internet for the same mattress in several other places for half the price, I had paid almost $1,000. but I had already bought and paid for it so Okay. I let it go, the owner of the store Zain Paloalto told me that the mattress had a 10-year warranty. that would last for many years. with 2 and a half years of use the mattress completely destroyed. it made huge holes, released all the foam, puffed up all the springs, and then at the beginning of 2023 I looked for them to change or repair the mattress. and you send a message they respond several days late. then they said I needed the mattress label I said I didn't have it anymore, how bought a super expensive mattress with 10 year warranty will imagine the mattress will damage with 2,5 years, no ???? . but I had the purchase invoice, the photo of the mattress, proof of payment, conversations, everything. anyway, since the beginning of this year I've been asking for help to change the mattress use a tag from other mattress with same model, or give me a cheaper mattress, or anything else like a discount to buy another one, help me with something, but they just BLOCKED me from messages and calls from everything. I can’t contact them anymore and ended up with a huge loss

There's no better mattress store in the area. It's local and family owned. Better prices than the big competitors with all the warranties and the best thing is they only carry American made products!

Let me say off the bat that buying a mattress from here is super easy, relaxing, and the guy is extremely nice. Not only are the prices much cheaper than what you'd pay for the same exact mattress at a brand name, he offers alot of nice deals on accessories if you purchase here. The place is behind a bunch of restaurants, so you'll have to wrap around behind to find it.After I made an appointment (which I made same day like an hour in advance), I arrived at the location, which was clean. No one there except the guy and us. We told him the kind of mattress we were looking for, and he promptly allowed us to try a few. The mattresses felt amazing, and he answered all of my questions. We purchased a mattress protector and base as well! The process was so smooth and he was super helpful. I can't wait to sleep on my new bed!

Setting up the appointment with Jessica was super easy through Facebook, and once we arrived it was a flawless process. He was incredibly informative and helpful finding the right mattress for our guest bedroom. We chose a mattress and scheduled delivery for the next day. All the mattresses are really well made and have warranties! All made in the US too which is awesome! I would highly recommend this business if you're looking for a new mattress at an affordable price!

ZAIN is his name. I want to mention that right off the bat in case some of you don’t finish this review. By far THE BEST mattress purchasing experience EVER. I always get nervous and tend to go the more inexpensive route. Zain did not make us feel uncomfortable, he didn’t rush, he was organized, friendly, knowledgeable, relatable and supportive. He even helped me and my fiance come to a compromise…. Which is pretty hard to do. He really made the experience a confident purchase, which helps because 1. The price 2.How long we will be using it for. He also helped us with recommendations to keep the lifetime warranty valid. He is a mattress god. Sleep is so important, quality sleep is even more so. Go to ZAIN! You wont regret it. :))

The owner Zain was very knowledgeable and made our experience comfortable (no pun intended). There was zero sales push and all facts. Much better way to purchase a mattress as opposed to the traditional big brand mattress store.

I was looking for a new mattress since I had mine for 8 years. Didn't want to spend alot on the mattress. I had this mattress for 20 days after I hurt my back from work.Unfortunately, it was telling me to invest a better mattress. Zain is extremely well knowledgeable an help exchange my mattress for a better comfortable one.Hopefully one day I will add adjustable bed frame too with this mattress that I switched out.
