Thank you Kyle for your kindness and willingness to help get my sister's car over to the dealership nearby. Paid exactly what was quoted over the phone, and he came in less than 10 minutes and had it towed within a few. You can trust these guys to get you taken care of, THANK YOU!

Daylight robbery — and it’s perfectly legal.
I just paid about $2,000 to get back a car that’s worth maybe $500. Every single day it sat there, they charged me $100, and there was absolutely no way out. You can’t even give up the car — they threaten to send you to collections if you let it go to auction, and if it sells for less, you still have to pay the difference. It’s a trap with no escape.
The staff (specially the manager) were cold and rude, and they know you have zero power. They speak to you like they’re doing you a favor while draining your wallet — and they do it with a smile because they know you can’t fight back.
I left this place feeling angry, helpless, and heartbroken. I could afford the $2,000, but I watched a grandmother sobbing as she tried to come up with $700 to get her car. That moment broke me. My empathy for humanity took a hit today.
I still can’t understand how this is legal or how the government allows people to be treated like this. If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn’t just a towing company — it’s a system that profits from people’s pain.

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. My car was towed, and when I picked it up, I immediately noticed a loud knocking sound. Upon inspection, I discovered that the tread on one of my tires had been cut. This kind of damage is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers’ vehicles. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The invoice says the driver’s name is N. Andrews (night) but really this man was Jesus in a tow truck. After blowing out our front tire around mp 22 on I-90 after 10 pm we tried roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours, the operator advised they were unsuccessful connecting to a driver. We are in an e-450 shuttle van conversion. We called around to various shops. Each company quoted at least 2 hours. Mac’s picked up and took the quote. The driver was advised the nature of the vehicle and said he would be by in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call back. He hooked our bus up promptly which was impressive considering he was in a standard tow truck compared to the others requiring a flatbed. He dropped us off at the nearby tire shop in issaquah in the middle of the night and he was gone. when he pulled away we couldn’t help but notice his tow equipment was in the shape of a cross hence the Jesus in a tow truck. The cost was very reasonable under 300.00. Cannot say thank you enough to the driver N Andrews.

My dad passed away 2 months ago, his car was on a family’s house for awhile and I brought it to my apartment two days ago, and this morning the car was towed without notice at all even tho the car was used last night. My complex is not giving answers why the car was towed. I did call ahead to this Mac towing company and spoke with someone who at the end told me that if I have the death certificate of my father where it states that I am his daughter and that if our last names are the same in our diver licenses. I was able to get the car so I went to the shop to do it. And someone else said that’s not true and I can’t even transfer the registration to my name because all the paperwork is inside the car and it’s an old minivan which is not even worth $500 but what it’s worth is inside. All my deceased father’s belongings are inside the car, all of his clothes , pictures, important documents , medical records because he died because of Cancer, and more memories and emotionally valuable things. And I was not given access to any of it because they said that’s not enough to prove that I’m his daughter and have access to the car I couldn’t just do anything else but cry… I am still crying while I am writing all of this… even now how can I get to pay a more higher fee to get this car or at least to have access to my father’s belongings… all of those things of my father are in there and I can’t do anything… my heart is broken… I blame it as well on my complex apartments for no giving me a notice.

They charged me $600 to tow my car 15 miles and didn’t have any sort of financial assistance program or any way to get any sort of reimbursement. I was ready to pay a fair amount, maybe between $200-$300, however I simply can’t afford a $600 payment. Very sad to hear when a company does not care about any one persons personal financial situation.

Best towing experience ever. Greg is on time, super friendly and helpful. Had my car tow to the shop safely. He’s a very nice worker. I wish all towing drivers are like that. Hope I don’t have to use towing company again, but if I do, Max/Ibsen towing company would be my top and only choice. Thank you for making my life smoother and easier.

Illegal outfit. They tow any vehicle and claim it was wrongly parked. There is no proof that the owner can give that the vehicle was correctly parked in the right spot - so they are making money by towing any vehicle. Staff is very rude. They pay the police to harass citizens to pay up the fine to collect the vehicle.
