We took 2 vehicles to them in the past month for minor body repairs. Their service was just what we needed. There was not a lot of hand-holding, but Johanna answered all questions, and they were efficient (2 days per job, each of which included replacing and painting multiple panels or bumper), and their price was well below (more than $1K) quotes from other repair shops. If the need arises, I will be a repeat customer.

Joanna Got my Pathfinder in AND out in the same day. And it looks brand new… Its 21 years old?… And the price was beyond fair. Woulda spent probably close to 2500$ outta pocket at Gerber, or one of those big places… Joanna has it dialed. Shell talk you thru the whole process, and even explain certain options and process’s to make you feel more confident about getting the job done. Soon as I picked up my pathfinder, I cam right back with my other car ?….Thank you M&M!!!

They are super nice and very professional! My car’s bumper was crashed, I called and they asked me to bring the car there right away. They fixed the car and get it ready in two days, with reasonable price. Job well done! Highly recommend!

Very bad service. Took almost 2months for repair and when showed to another body shop they were not ready to touch the car. Took the car back to them and now it's been more than a month . She doesn't pick up the calls . Don't give updates also on the status of the repair. Not sure if we are going to get the car in full shape. Please don't waste your money or time in this body shop.

Consumers beware. This is a very shady business and very unprofessional. They harassed me in the phone for payment without providing an invoice or a list of items repaired. I had to repeatedly request that they treat me less rudely and offer the right paperwork to file with insurance etc.I highly caution you to be careful with this repair shop. I only with I had scrutinized the reviews here more carefully before reaching out to them. There are body shops that make the repair process less stressful. Save your time and your insurance company’s time and look for a profession business.

SIX out of five stars. Extensive front end damage repaired below quoted cost, 3 days ahead of projected finish date, and courtesy delivered to my home. Extra effort, honesty, good quality work and rare customer appreciation attitude has earned my respect. I would recommend them for integrity and good quality finish without hassles. If you're going to be a jerk rude impatient self entitled customer, go elsewhere. My car looks almost new again.

The owner met me at the shop on NYE and helped me with the paint on my truck. Took it off and cleaned it up and did not charge me. Highly recommend

I received excellent service and they did an excellent job on my repair. Estimates were extremely reasonable and I was kept up to date on any changes and was asked about them in advance.

This shop is a scam. Everyone should be careful when fix your car here after collision. The owner being unreasonable, shady and will give you a hard time. My insurance agent asked her for photos of my car ( which usually the bodyshop supposed to send before fixing the car) but she didn't. She not even send any photos of the details, charges so the insurance can pay her and she called yelling at me when I asked for the paperwork.

It was a disaster for my car and worst experience dealing with auto shops. I would go to court if I have time. I think the most important one thing I can avoid is not paying full amount upfront even though she requires. Think twice she’s sharp.

After struggling to find a shop even able to see me within a few weeks for an estimate in the Bellevue/Redmond area I was delighted to be referred to M&M. I showed up on a Friday and Joanne in the office volunteered to keep my car at that time and send me home in an Uber and pick up my car on Saturday. I told her I would drop the car off first thing Monday morning and when I did she said it would be ready Tuesday at 4pm. Tuesday morning around 9:30am she called and said the car was done and ready to be picked up. A classic case of under promising and over delivering. To be fair, my car didn’t have a lot of body work that needed to be done, primarily just paint, but the price was fair and the service was courteous and prompt. Sometime last year I dropped off my Audi A3 for its annual service and some minor body work and paint correction. It was almost perfect. With this in mind, we had confidence that Joanna would take great care when she was completely repainting and repairing our Lexus GX470. Originally promised after 2 weeks, we stopped hearing from her for 6 weeks before we went and picked the car up ourself. The worst paint job in the world, and she had messed up the electrical system in the car, and overcharged for other services that were a simple fix. However, these fixes were not even completed. We brought the vehicle back and brought it to her attention all the problems we had found since then, and she had promised to fix it all. She left the car outside for 2 weeks on the side of her property next to the main road with no attention to it. Please do not waste your time and money here, and take your vehicle to someone that will take care of it.
