Don't waste your money at this place. I had these people replace a radiator, thermostat, and my icm on my ford 4.9 liter, quite possibly one of the easiest engines to work on and even they couldn't get it right. My icm wasn't even bolted to the fender where it was supposed to be mounted, and my thermostat housing was leaking fluid. This place is a joke, and I hope they go out of business

Luke's is the only shop I trust my car with. I first went to them for a second opinion when another shop quoted me about $4,000 worth of work that "needed" to be done on my car. After Luke's inspected my car, they let me know that several of the items mentioned by the other shop would not be necessary for a couple more years. In fact as of now, it's been about 3 years and I still haven't needed to replace some of those parts! They basically saved me from getting scammed.
Since then, they've handled everything on my car with efficiency and integrity. They even gave me an entire brake service for free to make up for a small oversight during my last inspection. They always let me know which items are high priority and which ones can wait, so I can budget effectively for any repairs. And they are also super kind, going above and beyond, even for someone young like me with a beat up old car. Thanks, Luke's! You're the ?

Brought my truck here twice so far for routine maintenance and have been very pleased with both the quality of the work and the price. Much cheaper than the dealer and I trust their recommendations.

I’ve been taking my car to Luke for at least 10 years now. He has always been straight with meand their work is always at a reasonable price. I can’t imagine a better shop. It’s like having an uncle in the business who always takes care of you.

My car started wiggling and smelling while I had stops to make in Redmond which was far away from my West Seattle island- they were so very kind and helped me find out that my car was no longer safe to drive. I schedule to take our work vehicles in here, they accommodate and do a pretty good job- happy customer and I must say, they are nice to their customers as well. Very reliable.

Took vehicle in for an oil change and running lean condition. This is a harder problem to solve as it could have few different possible causes. Shop looks great and the owner was amicable, however, the tech couldn't figure out the problem. I felt like the tech was unable or unwilling to put in the work necessary to find the issue. Tech mentioned that he couldn't find the problem unless I wanted him "shotgun gun" parts on the car, meaning just start replacing random parts to find the issue. I just paid the diagnose fee and didn't waste my time to argue, disappointing....

Luke's does quality work at a reasonable price. Luke is trustworthy. He has been in business for decades. You would be hard pressed to find a better person or shop than Luke's to take your car to for maintenance. Trustworthy excellent mechanics are hard to find. Don't even worry about it, Luke's is the place to go.

Vehicle inspection was done. I appreciated the honesty and fairness as to what was recommended. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into any repairs that were unnecessary.
