I cannot say enough good things about Les Schwab. Honestly, I have had amazing customer service experiences at Les Schwabs in three states. Redmond, WA is as good, or better, than the others.I do not know how LS does it, but they should write a book about maintaining the highest levels of customer service and employee engagement. It's on par with where Nordstrom used to be. Sounds strange, but it is true.I'm not sure how they compare in pricing, but I don't care because their service is that great.

As a young woman I do get nervous going to get anything done on my car. Michael was super nice, explained and showed me everything, and gave me options with different price points as well as his professional opinion. Not once was anybody condescending or rude in the slightest. Thank you!

Maybe not the cheapest, but always a good deal. Alignment check more accurate than my usual shop. Spoke with a rep without a long wait and was in quickly for new tires in stock.

Had a flat tire that needed to be repaired, and they even put the spare back in the trunk for us. Been here several times. Everyone is really nice.

2 star only cause the front desk is cool and the mechanic is also cool but this store don't have the right tools for alignment job. Sent my car in for alignment this morning and walked out with rear not fully aligned cause they don't have a big enough leveler to twist the lug nut even it's shown that the wheels are off-alignment. I appreciate the mechanic explained that it's not possible with his tool and he didn't wanna brute force it and cause damage to the car. The only solution they provide is check back here annually and tire rotation -- with no solution and only expect the alignment went worse over time.Not sure about other cars but they seems not able to do a good alignment job with a compatible tool on 2017 Nissan rogue -- and they still charge you the same with a job half done. Food for thoughts.

Helpful service and employees but they don't seem to be 100% on top of things. Took 3 visits for a total of 4 hours over a week just to replace 1 flat tire. It was 3+ hours faster to put my spare donut on than it was for them to put on the new tire with their special equipment.

Stopped by to get help on a dead battery. First time at Les Schwab. Jimmy was extremely prompt and helpful. Explained what the battery tester was saying, and clearly detailed our options. Got us a new, correct battery at a market rate. Great experience. Appreciate the focus on customer service, and taking the time to educate your customer. Will be back! Thank you!
