Fantastic experience! My doctor (from another hospital) sent blood draw and collection orders. I was a little worried since the orders weren't from Evergreen or an Evergreen specific doctor, but everyone at this lab was amazing. They typed in the orders, went over my at-home collections with patience and detail, and drew my blood without any issues, which was impressive in itself as I can be a hard draw. When I arrived at 7:35 am, there were 7 people waiting, but they had me back within 15 minutes. Today when I dropped off my collection, they took me back immediately to check in my results. Everyone was also kind, friendly, and helpful, which hasn't been my experience at my Dr's speciality lab or LabCorp. Truly impressed by Evergreen and everyone working at the Redmond location.

I was called by a lady on Monday to say that they lost my urine sample, so I had to go there again. She told me that I would need to find her and won’t need to wait in a line. I went to the lab today (9/12) morning as we agreed yesterday. I told the two women sitting at the reception desk the name of who called me to ask me to provide a new sample again. They told me to wait for them to call my name. After 15 mins, other lab workers came out to call patients several times, so I asked them again. They use the same answers again and again: “she’s with other patients and she will come out for you later.” They did NOT even stand up to find the lady who called me. Again, I told them her name immediately upon my arrival. After 20 mins of waiting, I told them that I refused to keep waiting to redo a sample they THEY lost. Also, the two women did NOT even stand up to go ask to see if they could help me get my sample done faster. They are lazy and used the same excuses repeatedly. Please do not bill me for the sample that I didn’t even do!

I wish I could put 0 stars but I can’t do that’s why they have 1! This place is definitely unprofessional! It sickens me that they don’t help older patients that don’t have the knowledge to utilize technology! As I understand that technology is becoming more of the new normal my mother was discriminated and treated so unfairly because she couldn’t use the iPad to check in. She has been going every three months to a different location and they always help her no problem! But this time they send her here and she was treated so unfairly and made feel like her presence there wasn’t of any importance or she wasn’t worthy of being helped since she can’t use an iPad! Thank you for being so mad about your job that you can’t be kind to patients! She didn’t get the persons name who was so rude and indifferent to helping her! But I know it was during 9am on Monday morning of the 21st of August! I hope management sees this and can train their staff to treat people with respect even if they can’t use the technology they provide to check in!

Front desk seems to think it’s appropriate to very loudly ask patients if they are here for urine tests within earshot of a dozen people. This happened for four different people while I was sitting and watching, and every one of them was embarrassed. Felt very bad for them

There’s so many bad reviews I felt like I needed to share my experience. I made an appointment beforehand and had almost no wait, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was great, I have a fear of needles and she walked me though everything, was gentle and kept me distracted. In addition I had no problems finding them, Labcorp is clearly listed on the elevator sign.

Great service. Exceeded my expectations. Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30. Left the car at 9:17, was back in the car at 9:27. Check-in literally took 1-2min, the procedure itself hardly took 5min. The lady who drained the blood was very professional. Next afternoon got results via e-mail. Will definitely use this lab again.

Besides there not being a sign on the outside that identifies that this building does indeed have a LabCorp, it’s a very nice place with nice staff! I made an appointment and was in & out quickly.

Their website says they open at 7 AM. Their voicemail says they open at 7 AM. Arrive at 7 AM to find a paper sign taped to the door saying that they their daily opening time isn't until 7:40 AM. Thanks for the waste of time.

My mistake- I set an appointment for the wrong location and went to my usual site. They took me in right away and couldn't have been any more helpful. My favorite place for lab work- Redmond office.

Oh my goodness this place is the worst. No one working there ever has clue what is going on, it always takes 5x longer than it should because I have to explain the most basic things to the person working at the front desk. I was charged $600 for routine lab work because they decided to test my blood for just about everything in the book even though I just needed my thyroid levels checked. I wish I could never go back but unfortunately that’s not an option so hopefully they work out some of these issues instead.

Felt compelled to leave a review after seeing so many bad ones - had a great experience here, got a text when a technician was ready for me (right at my appt time), front desk person was super friendly and I was in and out in 6 min. It is on the 3rd floor of the brick medical building for people having issues finding it.
