This was the first boarding/daycare place I ever used, and I regret not trying another place sooner. We were told one day not to come back after going for 2 years, the dog apparently had issues that we were never told for some reason. So we found a new place and the difference in my dog is so noticeably improved. The new place doesn't make you feel so rushed at drop off/pick up, and they give information on how the dog did. The staff don't seem overwhelmed or trying manage too many dogs in a small, crowded space. The dog doesn't have stomach issues or being overly clingy after being boarded anymore, stuff we used to chalk up to him being homesick, but happened very consistently taking him here. He seems mentally calmer, not just tired, after being boarded.Overall, he is a much happier dog. I wish we had looked into other places sooner, because we might've realized this place was not good fit and that not all boarding places are run like this one.

Got $50 out of us.We moved here last year and were somewhat urgently looking for boarding for my dog as we had an upcoming trip. We submitted the required vet records for our dog and were told she had to do an evaluation but it would be free.We were ultimately charged $50 because we couldn’t pick her up earlier in the day. Fine. But then I went to inquire about boarding, and they refused to board the dog. Why? They needed more time with her. I asked whether she showed any issues during her evaluation (hint: she never has had an issue at daycare) and offered references from previous places where she’s been a regular (they refused). I was told she was totally fine, no issues were observed, but they wanted at least a few days of daycare before a long boarding session. Yeah. No. We boarded her elsewhere over the past year and she’s been having an excellent time.I’d call this place penny rich, pound foolish.

We love Jax Dog Drop! Our dog is always so excited when we drop him off, and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and show their genuine love for the dogs. And the pictures they post online of the dogs playing are always fun too!

Jax is my absolute favorite place for doggie daycare in the Kirkland/Redmond area. Since 2020, Jax has been our trusted go-to. The staff at Jax has formed a special bond with my dog and is like second family to Abee. Please note that I haven't had the opportunity to board her at Jax yet. However, I am planning to do so soon. Once I have my furry baby back with me, I will make sure to update my post.

Delta loves going to daycare! She was a bit shy when she started going, but now is so comfortable that she leaves me in the dust when I drop her off! Staff is super nice and chill and their hours are the most convenient in the area!

My dog Pika is very timid in new places, but loves Jax. Staff is nice and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns.

The manager (Madison) is delusional, dictator, difficult to work with and has no control over her emotions. My 11 month passed his temperament test at this location and has been going to this location. Everything was going well and rosy when he started day care on Feb 17, 2023 until I met with manager on March 1. The handlers used to tell me he cowers in front of other dogs but Madison tells me he has a lot of energy and I should bring him only for half day and that too between 8 am to 9 am, alternate days. After Mar 1, even the handlers' tone changed. According to Madison, he doesn't know personal space (delusional. How many of you knew personal space at 11 months?) Even though, their half day policy doesn't suit my work times, I agreed. I usually have meetings from 10 am to 3 pm. I took him for on Mar 6 and Mar 8 for half day. I asked Madison how my dog is doing. She made dirty and demeaning expressions (talk about customer service) saying he was hyper. My response was he comes for half day what do you expect? I tried to meet her in the middle and asked her if I bring him daily for half day do you think it will work. She says (again dirty and demeaning expressions) I don't think it will fix the problem and this will not work permanently but i am okay trying for sometime. I asked her if i take him to a park before bringing him to the day care will it work? she agreed but with demeaning face expressions. It was so clear that she has made up her mind that this puppy is hopeless. Later when she brought my puppy from inside she was rude to my dog when I was standing outside. At this point I decided never to send him back. If she can be rude to him in front of me, imagine her behavior when I am not present. I don't feel safe sending my puppy. If she can be a dictator with her customers, imagine how she must be with handlers reporting to her! No wonder their tone changed after Madison talked to me. What kind of professional Madison is? She is manager, according to website, she is certified and can't handle a puppy? I was trying to accommodate her needs but she has a way of putting people down. Once someone is on her negative side, that someone is out. She really needs lessons in customer service and keeping a poker face.Update: if you were truly interested in dogs’ welfare would have talked to me over phone instead of replying to reviews. I had to resort to a review because the higher authorities are inaccessible. Shows your interest in dogs’ welfare vs maintaining public image. Please explian “behavior” . And I heard the tone Madison was talking to my dog. Why will anyone misbehave when they know they are being recorded? Did you hear her tone and voice? Her tone and voice was more very rude and disrespectful. Just because my dog was not physically assaulted doesn’t mean someone is behaving nice with him if that’s what you are trying to convey. And even if they misbehave are you going you accept it on public platform? And no one openly communicated to me anything. Is making demeaning and dirty expressions and putting someone down your form of open communication? It was only after I asked daily for his report they communicated me. Clearly even you as owner doesn’t want to take any responsibility.

Coordinated well, cute cameras when you walk in, great workers! My pup is happy and exhausted at the end of the day here. We try to come at least weekly, love it!

Extremely poor management and untrained staff. Their website states that they're trained in pet CPR and first aid which is false.

Jax in Redmond is wonderful! I have been bringing our dog, Millie, for daycare and boarding since she was a puppy, almost two years now. . Millie loves going to Jax. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to see Millie. I am so glad to have a daycare and boarding where I know Millie will be well cared for, happy, and safe. Madison and Riley have always been so helpful with any concerns or questions I have. The entire staff is always friendly and genuinely care about Millie ( and all the other dogs) . Thank you!
