“After spending ten hours on the line with tech support the day before, I decided to go into a store to see if I could get help moving my iPhone and watch to T Mobile.Jasson helped me and it took him all of about 10 minutes to identify the issue, fix it, and send me on my merry way.Everyone was very nice and professional, greeted me, made small talk, etc. No one was pushy/"sales-y" in anyway or tried to sell me random stuff like other provider's stores have (looking at you, Verizon).It was a great experience, I was so happy they were able to help me!! I saw other reviews mentioning long wait times but I was helped immediately upon entering the store - I'm talking like the second I walked in.”
