this place was so frustrating. i came in and i knew i had a complex design so i asked before even sitting down if they were able to do something like this and what the cost would be. i had a back up plan just in case they weren't able to. i sat down and they got to work on my nails. the stations were messy and unsanitary. they didn't ask me if i wanted gel or acrylic so i have no clue what is on my nails right now. this younger woman started painting them, she was doing okay and i was trying to hype her up because she seemed a little discouraged by it. but the only nails i have right now that i like were done by her. half way through this older woman starts helping her and the first girl eventually leaves and this second lady took over. she put not effort into the design, was very rude with any questions trying to rush through it, and then tried to have me leave with 5/10 of the nails looking nothing like the reference let alone the rest of the nails. so i told her those ones needed to be fixed and she snapped at me about it being "too many colors". i literally showed them the design beforehand and they said they could do it. i said they needed more dots/layering because it was literally just muddy blobs of color. she again snapped and said "this one has lots of dots already." i didn't budge so she HUFFED at me and removed the top coat before it cured and continued to be snappy with me, the nails she did still looked bad, but it was better and i just wanted to get out of there. if you couldn't do the design i asked for that's fine, but don't tell me you can do it because you want me money and then be rude to me because you're having a hard time. i could have picked something else or just not gotten them if it was a problem. f this place, won't be coming back.

Pedicure is always done correctly. Recently, I had my lashes done, very excellent.I don't fake nails here due to quality. I like a manicure, though.

Great place to get a pedicure. They are always able to get me in and start my pedicure within 10 minutes at the longest. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Called very last minute for a manicure. The lady who answered was friendly and accommodating, she allowed me to come by in less than an hour. When I arrived I didn’t wait long at all before the service began.It’s a smaller place but the technician who did my nails was very attentive. The finishing look was exactly what I had in mind. Not to mention the price was super reasonable. I’ll be back!

Long story short, I was overcharged without my permission on my tip. Only noticed the amount difference when I checked my credit card transactions the next day. Extremely unprofessional and represents a lack of integrity. Rather support other salons especially as a first time client.

Worst nail salon experience ever! Im disgusted with the work provided and the lack of ownership over mess ups with gel nail applications. Thanks for offering no help when I clearly state that my schedule is too busy to come back in for you to fix this.. As you can see the gold is rubbing off everywhere right now
