They don’t respect donators at all.. Changing business hours everyday, and there is no sign for updated hours, so it’s very common to wait for 40min in line then was told they are closing earlier today…
I don’t know how their management works, but this place is terrible.

A much better store than the Shoreline goodwill, this has a HUGE selection of plus sized items. I also enjoy how all the colors are sorted together and by size. While their prices as a little more reasonable than the Shoreline goodwill, there's absolutely no reason why used men's jeans should all be $20+.
They also do their jewelry differently - each item is in a little baggy that you have to raffle through to fins anything good. I managed to find a nice ring for $8, but it's a bit unfortunate decent jewelry is hard to find this way.

I found the employee quite rude. I walked in, admittedly ahead of other cars who were in the queue, the employee said that if I did that next time he will kick me out. This is after I went to him directly and asked him if it was ok to drop off a few bags into one of the boxes; I found the tone and words a little rude and unnecessary. Moreover, if I am walking in, why do I have to wait behind all the other cars? Do I have to go into the store instead? I had 2 small bags.

My God, this is worst location and management, today I went there for donation and sign said close at 3pm. Change time every day.
This location is irresponsible and careless and has no management; they don't care about donations, and we have too many clothes, new dishes, serving items, and substantial new Christmas Items. I am trying to donate them, and I attempted three times yesterday and today. I went there at 6 pm yesterday, and this location accepted the items till 7 pm, but they put the paper on the timing, and they said the timing had changed; the new timing is till 6 pm now. After that, I drove again there around 4 pm today, and there was a long line to donate the items; I left and went there again at 5:45 pm. The guy there put the cone in front of me, and he said sorry, we do not accept more items. Serious? People spend time and gas donating them, and they refuse. I live in Sammamish and have visited three times. I lose my time and gas, but they don't care. One nice magic word “sorry”.

I’ve shopped at many goodwills and have never felt the need to write a review for one. This specific location’s prices are absurd, double what you would pay at other locations for the same items. I’m not sure who is in charge of determining prices but it needs to be fixed, I’ll be avoiding shopping here in the meantime.

Got here at 9am and found donation center now open from 12pm to 5 pm. Hope they could have a platform shows accurate hours.

Pretty average goodwill experience. However they occasionally change the donation times without notice. I waited with half a dozen other cars for 20 minutes before the donation line was supposed to open just for someone to come out at the time to say it wouldn't open for another 3 hours.

Customer service has always been great here for me. I come about twice a month and the staff have always been helpful. I also find their location to be organized. I will say, some prices are a hit and miss, but I haven’t been to another goodwill to see if this is just their location or all goodwills.

Love this store but have had some bad experiences with employees. I have a lot of anxiety so these situations make it tough to shop.
