Mitche was pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable, intelligent, efficient and completed the installation quickly. I had an appliance that malfunctioned. Frederick's did not hesitate to replace the unit. Ryan is a pleasure to deal with not only for the purchase but also with customer service after the sale. Highly recommended

So incredibly grateful for Michael. The customer service I received was phenomenal! It's the small stuff that adds up. Going beyond what is asked. I thought the days of true customer service were a thing of the past, but Michael embodies all that has been missing in other businesses/people. I didn't buy the most expensive package but he made me feel like I was his favorite customer. Answered EVERY question fast and went beyond just answering but explained why a product was a better choice over another and no, he did not upsell. He actually found a less expensive option that other like businesses didn't even try to help find. You can't go wrong with Michael Factora! I'm his forever client now!

Fredericks has outstanding selection and awesome installers. Over the years we've purchased a refrigerator, oven and a dishwasher from them. Recently we had to make a quick change to our oven due to selling our home. Michael, our sales representative, helped us hit our very tight schedule and Mitchell, our awesome installer, helped us immensely with suggestions on component options and installation given the age of our house and awkward layout of our kitchen. They went above and beyond for us, thank you to the whole Fredericks team!

What a joy to work with Frederick's Appliance! We love our new Sub Zero refrigerator! Everything was a breeze and they had what we were looking for in stock, where everyone else (Albert Lee and Metropolitan Appliance), had wait times to receive the item. Ryan was awesome- down to earth, absolutely zero pressure and very knowledgeable on the products he sells. The installation was scheduled very promptly and the delivery/haul away team was professional and knowledgeable and the price beat out all of the local competitors. Will definitely be going back to them for future purchases!

Very good overall experience with a difficult replacement flush mount cooktop in granite countertop. Wolf-Subzero and Ryan at Fredricks Appliance made it happen in a very satisfactory manner.

Wonderful experience and extremely helpful.No pressure salesperson explained the pros and cons of different brands and models.The pricing was great too!We did not get anything from them, but only because our builder requires us to go through their own trade partner.

My delivery window 2pm-5pm. I called the store concerned I had not been contacted that installers were on their way as it was after 4 pm. On weekends there is no manager for the delivery staff and the person in store I talked to said he didn't know who was driver to call. It is 6 pm and no appliances. Very angry that I spent the whole day at home waiting for delivery. Their delivery staff should be calling customers if they are going to running later than the window given! I was told delivery would happen. Their delivery process needs to be better that you can have communication with the delivery staff on weekend! It's after 7 pm and no delivery! How can a company who has their own delivery staff have no means to communicate with customers or to be able to contact them when it's a no show?!?! Unbelievable!

Absolutely wonderful!I came in on a Monday evening after my dishwasher broke and was judged non-repairable. All the big box stores said it would take a month to get a replacement. Frederick's got it to me Wednesday morning.Great customer service (worked with Gregg Hanson; highly recommend), they ran the numbers on a number of different units and were happy to explain in detail the differences between them. Never felt any pressure to buy, just genuine help in making a smart choice.If you're in the area and need an appliance, 100% recommend them. Will be going back next time I need one.

This is an honest, high integrity business that I'm grateful for. I accidentally shipped 4 packages to this business instead of my home address and Fredricks appliance went out of their way to contact me so I could receive my packages. When I have appliance needs in the future, I plan to do business with them.

We recently purchased from Fredericks Appliance an 84 x 36 SKS Signature French Door refrigerator. Fortunately for us, our delivery team was Tyler good and his assistant, Chris. The installation was extremely complex. The gentlemen were polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make this installation perfect! Without these two, we do not believe the installation of this refrigerator would have turned out as well as it did. In this day and age, it’s rare to find people as dedicated as these two gentlemen. We would also like to put in a shout out for the sales staff particularly Joe and Greg! Way to go Fredericks!

I’ve used Frederick’s Appliances for many years and have always been extremely happy. Recently, I needed to purchase a replacement for a Wolf double oven. For the sake of due diligence I checked several other top appliance stores in the area. Frederick’s beat them all in terms of service, professionalism, knowledgeable staff, availability of product, quality and ease of installation and finding the very best product for my desired price range. The owner himself (Eric) jumped in and he and the sales professional (Joe) worked with me to find a beautiful Wolf oven for a great value within my stated budget. They were such a pleasure to work with and a real contrast to the experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I would highly recommend Frederick’s Appliances.
