Had a package delivered and was delayed due to “no one was home for signing” while I waited for 4 hours because they couldn’t give me an estimated time then next day waited another 4 hours to never have anyone knock to deliver my package. Neighbors came by at a completely different address saying that the package was dropped off at there house mind you this package was a signature package that was dropped off at the wrong address and they weren’t even home. FedEx damaged my items as well and these items were supposed to be checked before signing so the company I bought them from can’t even replace the damaged product.

I send stuff all the time as part of my work and have been using this ship center for the last two years. The staff is always professional and deal with long lines well. They're also very patient when I need to look up an address/recipient.

Rude staff. There was a delivery attempt for our parcel and it failed due to some reason. We went there to pick up the parcel and 2 guys were very rude and talked like no it doesn’t work like this and were shouting. Very bad experience.

Terrible service. Women directed me to self check out and then said ‘it’s good to be self sufficient’. Super passive aggressive and rude. Excuse me? Thank goodness the other employee was there to help me, he did his job.

I live in an apartment and the delivery guy claims that he made three attempts to deliver a package. Out of all three attempts, he never called, left a note, or rang a bell. Signiture wasn't required and he could simply leave it at the parcel room. Possibly the worst shipping expirience of all time. These guys never really do their job. Deliver that package! If you can't get hold of anyone, leave a note! Its not that hard.

I want to write this review and I hope this reaches to as many people as possible. I was sending my old Samsung phone back to samsung for a trade in for my newer phone, and they told me to use the same box to send back the old device that i got the new one in with. Just the phone box, I picked it up so no shipping box was available. I sealed my old phone in the new phone's box and took it to the store. I asked the clerk to put the phone box which had my older phone in it, to a shipping box and then send it to Samsung, he said he will take care of it and I just had to purchase a box. I said no problems and paid $13.20 for the shipping box. He then gave me a tracking number and I do not know what happened afterwards. I should have stayed there and made sure he puts my phone box into a shipping box and then seals it. But i would have never thought that I would have to do this to ensure my shipment does not get stolen. Anyways, samsung told me that my shipping box had no phone inside and now I have to pay extra $660 because this Fedex location failed to deliver my shipment. Of course, I have started a claim, which I can not find it anywhere under my account, and when i try to create a new one, it says it is a duplicate claim, yet, I have no idea on what is going on with it. I have started the first claim on 14th, and was told that within a week I should hear something. I am leaving this review on 23rd in hopes that Fedex itself plus all the people that want use this location to send something, know my experience before hands. I hope this gets resolved!

Some members of the staff at this FedEx location are evidently lacking in both ethics and honesty. To put it straight, they're deceitful and incompetent. I asked my friend went there pick up my package. They can not find it for several times unitil I made the call to customer service. Then, they lied to my friend that the package has been hold over 5 days and will be returned. This was completely lie, as the package had in fact been delivered at 6:00 am that very day—a detail affirmed by FedEx's own customer service.

Horrible customer service. Representatives almost seem annoyed at having to pull up a profile or answer questions. Delivery drivers lose, or simply never deliver packages, and claim my address is incorrect and yet delivering packages to it previously from the same distributor. If I could rate it 0/5 I would. Just horrible

Package was delayed 5 times. Apparently the driver did not know how to open a door. They said our location was closed but we have the door opened and staff working inside. Not the first time too. It has happened before and they said we were closed but looking but we were on site and after checking cameras, no fedex truck actually arrived.Dont use fedex or purchase online from companies who ship with fedex!!

A lot of poor reviews maybe due to past pandemic hours or holiday hassles. I just went and had a very pleasant experience.
