Great store with great selection but most importantly- AMAZING staff.
I had to walk in here with my very little kids in tow - something I’d normally never attempt - because I had a work trip coming up and just didn’t have another option. The staff here swooped in and helped me pick out some tops to try on, got the kids some Goldfish crackers to keep them busy, gave me the biggest changing room, and I was in and out within 20 minutes with 4 great work tops for my trip before any kids had a meltdown. I was prepared to struggle and apologize and feel lucky to get out of there with one shirt but these women just completely helped me out and I’m utterly grateful. Customer for life! I won’t shop anywhere else now!

I just had the most amazing shopping experience of my life! Andrea 1 and Andrea 2 gave me so much personal attention, pulled selections that compliment my body type, and made me feel so special. All of their selections were winners and this never happens! Usually I leave a store feeling defeated… Exact opposite today. I’m so happy to find this store with such great employees. Customer service does still exist! Thank you!

I’ve been a fan since the opening! The buyer is super savvy and remains current on trends. I never leave without finding something special/unique to me—-great pricing as well!!!! I am seeing many many STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

The people that worked at the Redmond location were so bubbly and fun to talk to. They are amazing! This is so random but can the owner or someone tell me what scent is used at that store LOL? I really want to get it! The store smells amazing and I’d love to know what spray you guys use ??

Not a welcoming experience at this store. Salesperson was pushy and rude. I wanted to find a nice dress but felt interrogated and talked down to. Like that scene from “pretty woman.” I wanted to buy lots at other stores and walk by with my big bags later. Won’t return!

A cut above the rest! Thank you, Annika. Quick overview: this is a fantastic store with really great items and an incredibly talented styling team. The staff are very engaged in your shopping experience and want to help you find what you're looking for. It's a different shopping experience! They don't ignore you. That might feel weird at first but it's actually really great. That said, I still find it *initially* uncomfortable to work so closely with a salesperson/ stylist. I shy away. It feels forced. I tell them I'm just browsing (I'm not. I'm on a mission). But twice now I've finally released my discomfort and leaned into the stylist experience and HOLY HELL I'm so glad I did!!!! Worth their price in gold, they are. You basically get a custom shopper / stylist for free. I worked with Annika the last two times I was there and she was CLUTCH. I came in last week looking for a fun new outfit for my first day in the office. I gave her some basic parameters, walked around the shop and came back to a dressing room with several fully styled outfits. Whaaaaat!? From there I never had to leave the room. New size? Annika got it. Different color? She was there. Do you have something like this in a shorter sleeve? Boom. Thirsty? Here's a drink! (I also came a year ago with my toddler and they gave her paper, crayons and a snack! WTF it was amazing and she was fully entertained while i shopped. Brilliant). Annika is incredible but everyone I've interacted with has been fantastic. I know it might feel strange at first to lean into the salesy-ness of it all but honestly, give it a try. They're total pros and will help you find exactly what you're looking for. Plus their clothes are soooooo cute!!!!!!!! Highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this place after my kids swim class. I never shop at places like this but felt so incredibly welcome and worked with Erica to pick out several outfits. As someone who always leaves stores empty handed I was shocked to walk out with an entire bag full of new amazing pieces. I was treated so well and my high energy kids were more than tolerated. No words. Life changing experience that I was very moved by. Their entire staff is top notch. Extremely thankful.

They have a great curated collection of brands and pieces but I'm so uncomfortable every time I shop here. Within two minutes of walking in the other day, I had 6 (Six!) sales people introduce themselves to me and ask my name and how they can help. And I had to make chitchat with every one of them which was annoying and made me feel anxious. It's so over the top and feels high pressure to the point where I don't want to come in anymore.

The workers here are fantastic welcoming and super helpful, i wasnt the one shopping and it was still really fabulous. Even comfy chairs to wait in when ur friend changes!
