Super nice facility, I followed Anastasia here from another location because I love her service so much. Really happy that I get to keep seeing her since she’s been doing my wax services for over a year now. I recommend seeing her if you want your appointment to feel like catching up with a friend who is really invested in taking care of you!

I have been seeing Anastasia (Stacia) a little over a year regularly and I refuse to go to anyone else! Followed her from Factoria! She is absolute fantastic. She always makes sure I'm comfortable, goes out of her way to make sure I'm feeling my best! Anastasia gives me lots of suggestions for skin care that she things would be beneficial. She always remembers little things about my life that i Genuinely look forward to getting my Brazilian just to talk to her!

I went for my first visit at European Wax Center and it was great!! I love close by and have always wanted to try it out. They are very professional and very quick! I’m 8 months pregnant and Alissa made me feel very comfortable! The front staff was kind and helpful as well. I already have my second appointment made.Services: Brazilian waxing

I've been here 3 times now thanks to the referral by a friend, and I'm very happy with every visit I've had. All staff members are professional and know what they're doing.Each time I've had someone different and by far the best experience I've had was this time with Hailey!! She's super sweet and has a little different technique I think than others because though I have a decently high pain tolerance myself, this visit with her was the most comfortable and least painful I've had. I will for sure book with her for any future visits at EWC ?.

First wax free is not true. I booked a bikini line wax and they charged me for a full bikini service.Even after I went in a few days later to talk to them about it, I felt like it was my fault for not being more clear.In reality it was my first experience and they should have been better about making sure I understood what I was getting, and how much it cost beforehand. I only wanted a bikini line.Deceitful. Service was actually great though, and the person who did my wax made it a great experience.I still won't come back here.***They say they care about the satisfaction of the guests, but they never tried to reach out to me post incident.They do not care about their clients.***

Kristina was awesome; professional, knowledgeable and kind.I received an intimate area wax and as I had not had waxing done in years, I was a bit nervous. Kristina was patient with me and was able to answer all my questions. The wax itself was quick and done in such a way as to reduce my anxiety about the service.
