Terry in the optics was grumpy and makes it clear he has no patience.
Also this store is always super crowded, I've even seen lots of crazy car accidents in the parking lot. If you come here be careful driving in!!

This Costco has a customer service problem. There is no culture of respecting customers. They speak down to customers like children. Not all the employees here are like this but the cashier's and customer service counter folks are.

Always parking lot is busy but there is more space here and there .costco need to mange or articulate more on parking rather leaving like that they are ao many illegal parking on site as well

Parking at this Costco may increase your risk of getting your car scratched. I am currently facing a repair bill of several thousand dollars.
I parked in the Redmond Costco parking lot today 06-16 for about thirty minutes for shopping. In just 30 minutes, my car door was maliciously scratched with what looked like a key, leaving cross and X marks. The damage was limited to one door, and it was obviously an intentional act rather than an accidental collision.
More worryingly, I heard that this may be at least the second such incident in the past six months. Unfortunately, , Costco supervisors said Costco was unable to provide any surveillance footage to identify the perpetrator.
It may be an Asian hate case or a similar malicious attack, but I can't be sure. I did report it to the police, but they were unable to arrive at the scene. So I will most likely end up with a repair bill that may be in the thousands of dollars.
If you have a similar experience, please know that you are not alone. Be careful when parking here, as the risk of damage to your vehicle seems to be high.
