Jamie, who gave the flu shots and Covid shots today, was very rude and impatient. She almost yelled into my ears when asking me to get my pharmacy card over the counter since the medical insurance card I showed her on my phone was not the correct one. The girl over the counter was very warm, friendly and helpful. But when I went back to get shots, I heard she was yelling to another customer. And she kept her long cold face during the whole process of giving me the shots. I love Costco and never had bad experiences until today from this girl. If she doesn’t like her job or dealing with patients, step away, give the opportunity to whoever more deserves.

I have had such a great experience ordering/picking up medication. A friendly pharmacist always picks up the phone (!) and once in the store service is fast and friendly! Erin is especially wonderful!

One of the pharmacy techs lied to me about a prescription. I called to ask why it wasn't filled and the tech told me the prescriber cancelled it. Instead, Costco cancelled the prescription due to a policy that they claim is due to federal regulations, when it's not. I was surprised to see so many reviews that claim the same thing. Lying is an unethical business practice and I'm not sure why anyone would trust a pharmacy that lies so frequently and maliciously.

Avoid this pharmacy location at all costs. Horrible experience. I should have checked the reviews before switching to that locations pharmacy pick up. Was told so many lies and misinformation. Didn’t even offer to give me my medicine. No apology. Have to take time off work now to go find a location that isn’t incompetent and dishonest.

A disappointing experience at this location, I usually like going to the other locations. Seriously the service here lacked so much efficiency and empathy. Not sure why the staff was struggling with basic tasks and provided misinformation (lying to my face multiple times and I called them out for it - they’d just blankly stare. This girl specifically should not work for this company as she doesn’t care at all about the code of ethics) and just unhelpful, they caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This location desperately needs improvement in customer service.Costcos Code of Ethics were not followed and looking at the reviews it seems this has been an ongoing issue at this location.I would highly advise whoever runs the show at this location audit there pharmacy. It was the worst experience I ever had.

I usually have a positive experience with the workers here but my last 2 calls resulted in being talked down to by a female tech and an avoidance of answering simple questions. Don’t treat patients like they’re dumb, ever.

A lot of pharmacies don’t offer pet medications, but this was a quick and easy pickup as non Costco members for our dog’s anti nausea medication. Matt at the counter and Mary at the pickup window were also kind and efficient. Thank you for helping our pet feel better!

I switched to Costco pharmacy because I got tired of extreme waits at my pharmacy every time I would come in. At Costco there is seldom a long line, and when there is one it goes fast. They are also always very polite and helpful.

Costco workers are polite in general, Jennifer at Redmond pharmacy is an exception. I was at Costco to make a vaccine appointment. Once she noticed my English hearing was not good, she started to behave like a border control officer at LA airport. Her tone changed from serious to accusatory when I didn’t hear her clearly or didn’t answer the question correctly. Never seen such an attitude on a medical reception worker.
