Ann gave me such wonderful and pleasant service today at Costco Redmond WA. I was making new glasses and she explained everything very thoroughly to me: the prices, insurance, my prescription etc. I had such a lovely visit today. Thank you, Ann.

I took my glasses there to fix. One of the handles was loose and screw was flat. They fixed it for free. They were very polite and helpful

Expect at least couple of hours queue anytime, any day. I don't know if it is bad prescription or bad glasses. But one thing for sure, their glasses don't work at all! Very blurry, out of focus vision.Will not recommend!
