Terrible customer service at this branch. I visited to open a checking account yesterday, and they booked an appointment for today and gave me a document for acceptable forms of identification. I brought the ID documents based on the instructions and found out they need more forms of ID’s. They wasted my time driving half an hour each way, and they were not sympathetic for the clear error on their side. They only thanked me for my feedback when I pointed out the wrong instructions I was provided, with no apologies or any sympathy.

I had the BEST customer service in this bank from Roni. She accomplished very well everything I asked her for. I recommend it to everyone else who needs a great customer service.

Very helpful and kind staff, we needed a document notarized and they were able to see us that day, the multiple staff we spoke to were very professional and courteous including the security guard, the ladies at the front desk, Leah (on the phone), and of course the notary! Thank you so much!

Bankers here need some basic training. I sold my house and got a check of hundreds of thousand dollars. The house was under my trust and I needed to open a trust bank account. I went to this branch and Leah told me 3-5 business days were needed after they copied my trust agreement. 6 business days later they told me everything was clear and I made an appointment. 45 minutes before the appointment they called me they need an EIN number for opening this account and I had to apply from IRS. I admit I did not finish everything for my trust but they told me everything was clear. It was large amount of money in the check and I needed to deposit it ASAP. By the way revokable trust does not need an EIN. They seriously need some knowledge training.

They could give me $0 cash with my drivers license and of course ATM out of cash (this one is all the time). Time to look for a new bank.

Customer service at Chase service is dead. Banking hours are limited, leadership doesn't want to pay people enough to stay and actually be helpful, and I have to make an appointment 3-5 days out for anything other than making a deposit. You're better off going to an online bank where you get better terms, because the customer experience is the same either way.

All the employees and management at this bank are completely awesome! I have found them to be consistently professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Everyone is pleasant and greets me as soon as I walk in. I've noticed that they treat everyone in this manner. If there is more than one person in line, one of the bankers will jump up to help. The tellers know my name and I find that is a plus! I highly recommend this branch to anyone who would like excellent service. I've noticed when new tellers are in training, the more senior person is always kind and patient with their new learners; this is a wonderful trait in a teacher. This branch is located at such a convenient place inside of the Fred Myers where I do all of my grocery shopping which makes it perfect.

I have been chase customer from a very long time. And the reason is amazing customer experience. But this is one of the most worst chase branch i have ever been.Pretty unfriendly and non welcoming staff. They would do everything to annoy customers. I have done documentation before but when i took my friend to do same these guys were pretty incooperative.I would never go this branch again!

They are very insensitive to the COVID-19 situation and still require customers to go in-person to a bank for simple requests.
