Unfriendly + untrained staff member = poor customer experience. Not the usual Chase Bank experience. Probably should have gone to Bellevue instead? What's the point of having a branch that is supposed to support the brand but doesn't live up to its standards?

Quick and friendly customer service. They even got a new atm machine inside that let's you pick your bill type and has a much higher withdrawl limit.
I needed to pull out cash for rent and I was able to do it all from the machine. I didn't even have to wait in line, talk to a teller or fill out a withdrawal receipt. It was great! I was able to pop in and out in less that 5 minutes! Amazing for a banking! ?

Staff is friendly, though not very knowledgeable or helpful with problems or concerns. Also, they almost never answer their phone despite not being very busy most days.

They never answer the phone despite hardly being very busy. They aren't very helpful or knowledgeable with problems. They generally just don't care. Which is why I'm changing banks!

This branch has enough staff but it does not have good customer service. I was waiting for 30 minutes, someone came to tell me what I needed, I explained to him and he told me they will help you in 5 minutes, I was another 20 minutes before he appeared and told me it is better to make an appointment. worse the branch had no customers

Being Chase customers for 2 years, but I feel this branch is becoming very disappointing and ineffective in the last 12 months. I wasted my precious time there however I can get my affairs done quickly in other branches in Bellevue. Disappointed so I quickly moved my branch to Bellevue.

I like chase bank but not this branch I tried to open small business account the guy I worked was not really ready to share options.... not friendly... I opened online which is much easier

They can't cash a chase issued check issued to a chase account holder, drive up ATM hasn't worked for a long time now walk up ATM can't dispense cash...Covid apparently killed this branch and their service

Randomly closed accounts after years of working with them, refused to give a reason saying it's "confidential". Take your business to a bank that won't randomly drop you for no stated reason.
