Staff is friendly, though not very knowledgeable or helpful with problems or concerns. Also, they almost never answer their phone despite not being very busy most days.

I'm not sure why there're so many bad reviews. I went there to resolve a small issue and Arturo helped me to do it in a very timely fashion, thanks again!
