Great craft supplies! Workers are super helpful when needing items. I absolutely love the yarn selection and always such a great variety to pick from. Parking is hard to find but it’s just a busy shopping center.

Hands down, the best art and crafts store in the area. Knowledgeable staff, and a wonderfully curated collection of things you never knew you needed. Their beading section alone is worth a stop.

This Ben Franklin is packed with awesome craft and gifts! I took a fountain class many years ago and still think of it... fun and educational! I go there mainly for beads and fabric but that is only a fraction of what they have. If u are looking for gifts or your own crafting stuff. You have to check it out. Plus all kinds of places to eat in this area!!

This place has a lot. A LOT. very helpful and friendly staff but there is so much in this store it can feel overwhelming. I wouldn’t let that stop you from dropping by however!

Came here to look at frames and ultimately order some custom mats. The employees were super helpful, patient, and kind and put no pressure on us to purchase. The mats came out nice, were done earlier than expected, and were reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend this place over their soul-less and disorganized competitors!

This store is pretty awesome but I felt completely uncomfortable in there! I had a heavier set lady follow me around the whole entire store! I have never stolen anything ever and not only that i felt very embarrassed by it! It wasn’t like I had a bunch of stuff either I had iron on letters that spelt out princess that was it! I felt it was very unprofessional and I believed I was profiled because of maybe my age! Although it was definitely a cool store I will keep my shopping to hobby lobby cuz my experience in the store was very unpleasant! I felt as if I was being seen as a criminal and it wasn’t like the store was empty there was plenty of people in the store so I did not like how the staff made me out to look like and feel

One of my most favorite places of all times. High quality and unique products, kits to keep kids busy and away from screen, great customer service and they always get new exciting things in every season. Love the European and Japanese products.
