The customer service is very good. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue with quality of work. They take the time to understand what you need and work hard to accomplish the job. They are great people and accomplished small business owners

Expensive new jumpsuit ruined before I could even wear it!Attaching pictures because I just can’t believe how horrible this looks.Jumpsuit with unique trim (see pics of straps) I needed hemmed a few inches. Instead of reattaching the original hem they just lopped it off and sloppily rehemmed.I say sloppily, and I mean it. Uneven stitching and they clearly didn’t even bother to set the thread tension correctly or lay the material flat when hemming, resulting in these ripples in several spots. They didn’t even hem it to the same width as the original hem (1 ½ inches).Owner blamed me, saying if I wanted the original hem maintained I should have specified. I can see that with a regular pair of pants but where there is clearly a unique trim it is common sense to preserve and reattach the original hem. Any place that does alterations ‘professionally’ would have done this as a matter of course. Plus, if they weren’t sure, they had my phone number. The job looks really awful and because they threw away the original hem there is no way they can be put back to original condition. Even with a perfect stitch job they still are obviously altered.Save yourself the money and heartbreak. Go anywhere else.EDIT: I have to add to this what happened next. I went in to show the owner in person and he had found the original hems - which was actually so great and I was hopeful I could change this review to add a couple stars.I let him inspect the hems and asked him if he still stood behind this work after seeing it in person. He told me I was wrong and the job he did was exactly how it is supposed to look - however, when I let him know I had taken pictures of his work and was going to include them in my review he snatched the original hems back and said he was going to keep them now. He did eventually put them back down, and I just pocketed them and left.No offer of a refund, no offer to pay to replace my ruined outfit, not even a cursory apology.

So expensive, paid $90 for queen size comfort. Please ask them the price before you drop items.

zero stars isn't available. This was the first time I tried them out for a service- alteration, i had a duvet cover that the seam opened next to the zip and the zip head fell off. I took it in and the gentleman told me 18$ which i agreed, when i picked it up the zipper head was applied on the inside of the duvet cover and the seamstress insisted that for this zip thats the right way on. and they did not fix any of the surrounding seam so i had to come back home and hem that together myself. Now i am seriously struggling to open and close the duvet cover with the zipper on the inside and I feel i'm worse off than when i started and 18$ out. Never again!

Had about a 4 inch seam on my puffy jacket that needed to be mended. No big deal right? They wanted $38!!!! For that price I can buy a brand new jacket. Will never take my business there. Ever.

They completely messed up my work uniform. I brought it in to get patches sewn on it. Took them a week to do and cost $44. The stitching was erratic and sloppy. On the inside there were strings going everywhere. It was a total mess. When I put my arm into the sleeve it catches the strings that are just everywhere. I could have done a better job at it, and I don't even know how to sew. On one of the patches they barely got the whole thing on. It'll likely break off really quickly because it is such poor work. I'm going to have to take this elsewhere to take care of and get fixed. Never sending any of my students there again nor am I going there again.

I brought in 17 items to get cleaned. I just moved here from Florida. I paid close to 180$ for my dry cleaning. When I brought them home there were six items that still smelled dirty and some of the blouses were discolored by there machine. But when I brought them back I was told they can’t get the smell out. I said I lived in Florida for years and they always could get the smells out of my clothes. So instead of compensating me for not being able to clean my clothes I was told there was nothing he could do. I won’t be using them again!

I did adjustments and some dry cleaning with them. I had no problems at all. Their price is fair and they are very nice and polite.

Have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Good family just trying to make an honest living who obviously try hard to do the right thing. As with any business, mistakes will happen. In my experience, they make it right when that happens.
