Great product offerings! Everything smells so wonderful and the quality is top notch. Also the customer service was outstanding, everyone was extremely helpful ☺️ I went in with coupons a friend gave me and became a customer for life. Fantastic experience!

I am a huge fan of the employees at this location. I drive a little further to this location and will continue to do so. They are helpful without being pushy and keep the store looking fabulous. My dog and I stop by about every week to look at the new stuff. The employees recognize us and ask how we're doing. This store also has a good selection compared to nearby locations, especially during sales. It gets crowded, but it's never overwhelming.

Bath & Body Works brings me back to middle school. Sweet Pea 4 lyfe. But really, I don't mind the lotions, candles, car fresheners and other scented goodies that can be found at Bath & Body Works. With this location in the Redmond Town Center, it's a nice shop that's fully stocked and dog-friendly! I visited Bath & Body Works in the afternoon and the place was steady with customers, stocking up on lotions and body washes since they're currently having a semi-annual sale that has amazing deals right now! Lots of items for less than 10 bucks, so time to stock up here if you're in need of body products. The staff were friendly. There was one employee who was by the entrance, welcoming customers and explaining promotional deals and the other employee by the register, checking people out. I loved all the dogs visiting here and noticed that the employees recognized frequent dog customers! Gotta love a place like that. Overall, good to know there's a Bath & Body Works in Redmond, and Sweet Pea will always bring me back to my younger days.

I placed an order online that offered a special sale and order on the first day before noon this was on 14 December. I contacted them 3 times and was told I would get my order before Christmas. On 21 December my entire order was cancelled. I am not happy. I could have gone to the store and purchased but instead ordered on line. I will never shop at this business again.

I love this location because it doesn't get that crowded during the week. Weekends can get just a bit busy but customers come and go. Why am I saying this? Because I take my time to smell and try things I think I might like. There are plenty of options and that's why I need time every time when I come here! Is like a candy store for grown ups :D I love their champagne things (I love all of yhe collection), and the fall seasonal. Particularly the pumpkin waffle collection. I can't get enough. I wish they could have some more online at least so we can use them on special occasions year long hahaha Staff is very friendly since a couple of years. They won't be to invasive neither if you are just looking around :)

One of my favourite places for amazing fragrances and a wide range of skin care products. Aromatherapy range is my personal favourite. Very soothing. The staff of this particular store is very friendly.
