Really bad customer service, way more expensive than Firestone for basically telling me the same thing, were far less helpful and friendly.

I'm editing the review to say that we have been customers for more than 5 years and always had the best experience. We also referred our friends and they had a equal great experience.
We had the best experience with them. They came to help my wife when her car had a problem with the key. Not only they sent someone to fix that issue on spot but they also helped us get a new key and fixed another issue without charging us extra. I definitely recommend them and they will be my to go place for any issues we have with our cars

I’ve been going to Auto Sys for 6-7 years now. These dudes always look out for you. They treat you well and DO NOT nickel and dime you while keeping you up to date the whole way.
This diminutive block of text can’t do these guys justice.
Example - My car is an absolute nightmare with the previous owner doing backyard mechanic work and parts being on back order. Did it take longer than expected? Yes. Did they go above and beyond and do it right? Yes.
That’s what is important, they did it right. I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

These guys are AMAZING! My father and I were on our way out of town last week when the serpentine belt on his 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 heavy duty diesel got completely shredded. We had the truck towed over to these guys as they were very close to where we had broken down. We got the truck there at 1pm and they were able to locate, get and install the new belt as well as look for any other damage; and have us back on the road before 5pm!!
The icing on the cake? Total bill was about $400 less than what we were betting on!
I never take my vehicle into the shop for work as I have the knowledge and tools to do most things myself. And past experiences with shops has further solidified my views on trusting no mechanics.. However, the guys at Autosys have definitely earned mine (and my father's) respect and future business!!
Thanks guys We will be using you from now on!!

I have to start by saying AWESOME people! I called today (Saturday) and asked if they could squeeze us in as our driver side mirror broke off and the part just came in. They got us in ASAP & repaired the mirror within 30 mins. The front desk lady and man were so sweet and told us about the shop, their background etc. Love that this shop is family owned and that the staff loves working there so much- it shows a good business! Mike helped us install the mirror (and I wish I remembered the front desk guys name? he was so sweet too!) Very honest shop, they go above and beyond. We will be back. Thank you again!

I’ve had nearly a thirty year relationship with AUTOSYS ( previously “ that muffler and brake shop”) and found no need to look for a a better full service company to maintain my trucks.
These folks are like family to my wife Lois and I !
My truck has nearly four hundred thousand miles . They know my truck and treat it as though it was brand new.
Their knowledge and professional performance are impeccable .
Knowing that AUTOSYS buy is there provides me with peace of mind that we’ll always be in good, capable hands ! Thanks AUTOSYS !!!

After I had front end work done on my car at the Les Shwab across the street, my car kept having the same issue. After shelling out a bunch of money and going back and forth with them and their team they decided they wouldn't warranty their work because I didn't buy tires with the replacement of the control arms, so i took it to Autosys. Mike and the guys at autosys diagnosed the vehicle and fixed the problem immediately which was a loose bolt that destroyed the control arm knuckle, because of les shwabs ignorance and poor quality control with their installation, the control arm was digging into my rotor which could have ended terribly for me and other people on the road.
Mike literally saved my life. Easy diagnosis, easy fix. I'm not trusting anyone else with my vehicle.

Marcus, Mike, Cal, Sharon, and the rest of the staff at AutoSys always provide excellent service. Marcus will spend as much time needed to ensure that one understands the issues with one's vehicle, and Mike and Cal ensure that the work is done to excellent standards.
My wife and I have been having our vehicles serviced at AutoSys since 1992, and I highly recommend them.
Honest, reliable, trustworthy people who stand behind their work.

I have to say that Marcus and the team down at Autosys or without a doubt, 110% top-notch!
This is not the first time I’ve brought a vehicle in here, and it definitely won’t be the last.
They treat me like family and are always willing to help out with any questions whatsoever.
If you have a problem with your vehicle I would almost consider it a injustice to take it anywhere else!
