Initial phone call was with a man who could barely speak or understand English. Shipment of new CPAP machine and headgear arrived, but several pieces were missing (filters and end cap). Their auto phone answering system is a nightmare. I had to speak to four (4) different people in 4 different departments before I was able to get the missing parts sent to me (the part did arrive promptly).

Cannot talk to a person or use the online service to deal with my change of credit expiration date without consuming way too much time. Other aspects of service have been good but at this point, I should be compensated for my time.
