The therapist got injured a couple of days before my initial appt for a total knee replacement and cancelled. Advantage would not get me in soon enough to help get my PT started for a very complicated surgery. They should have tried very hard to get a date reasonable to help me. Hands-down the best PT experience I have ever had. The office staff are super nice and Sarah Hall is a magician - her combination of manual therapy and stretching has been integral to relieving my chronic pain.
