My car broke down and I had to have it towed to this shop. They found I needed a new motor and was not worth fixing. I came to pick up my vehicle and they were so amazing. They didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. Thank you guys. Now I’m looking for a new car. Great shop and great employees.

I recently visited your auto service shop and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I want to give special recognition to Josephine, the office clerk, who was absolutely awesome.

Update: Michael, the manager called me back and offered me an explanation about what happened and why it wasn't explained to me before, which I appreciate. He offered for me to bring in my car again and take pictures of the pressurized test again, I might do that but would have been nice if they provided me with the pictures they'd have taken during the initial inspection.
Took my 2020 VW car in for a coolant leak, they mentioned they have to replace the water pump unit for about 2000$ with little to no explanation as to what actually happened to the unit except for the usage of words like "it can happen". No technical details whatsoever. They also don't work with car warranty so I decided to take my car to VW service center in Kirkland who couldn't find an issue when they performed a pressurized test.

I almost never post poor reviews, just when things are really right. This has to be known, though: Brake job, quoted $1,074. Upon completion picked up vehicle & the cost magically increased by 50%.
Should have not gone there, a few years ago took same vehicle in to have oil leak repaired; they failed to find or repair that and charged $1,000 +/- to do so. I mentioned this (have hardly driven this vehicle since the oil leak fail) and was told aggressively, "Out of warranty."
We do not recommend this shop for anything, and need now to have our brakes inspected by someone who will be truthful!
I also advise getting the amount texted for proof next time (or via email) prior to approving work done on any vehicle, anywhere. I'm tired of bait & switch with these places and of course will never take any vehicle to AA again.

I went to fix my brakes in my 2016 corolla. It was replacement of calipers rotars and pads only for the front wheels. They charged me almost $1900. I feel like I got completely ripped off.

I paid $267 for engine block flush, and
$418 for emission system cleaning service.
They recommended these to fix the ford focus engine which vibrates at idle. Afterwards they said that vibration is just normal.
