Times are tough for affordable gyms to survive in expensive areas. The building needs some TLC.
More importantly, I signed up because of the pool, but it stays too crowded. The women’s locker room & restrooms were consistently disgusting. On the main floor, as cleaning stations broke they weren’t repaired/replaced, & it’s hard enough to get people to wipe down with an abundance of cleaning supplies. If you don’t give them that, then it becomes just nasty. Come on folks, remember COVID, germs are really gross! I gave two stars because some staff are nice and they tried to keep equipment working.
If ownership reads these, CLEAN women’s locker room daily, 10x MORE cleaning stations.

Bro, things broken, lights not repaired and sooo hot. You get what you pay for. This applies to your Redmond locations- not sure about the other, but common’ fix things after months and months!!

Not 24 hours. Even though i live one minute away from the Redmond location, i always have to go to Issaquah or Lynwood. Cannot give higher than 1-star for a 24-Hour-Fitness that closes at 8pm.
Don't bother going to this gym after 2pm. Because they close so early (earlier than any other gym franchise) it gets extremely busy after 2pm and impossible to do any kind of workout regimen. Multiple times i have attempted it after 2pm. I walk in, see the zoo, and immediately walk back out. I'm very flexible with my workouts and have 3-4 backup plans if my equipment is in use, and that is often not enough as all of them will be occupied.
The gym has a whole fleet of assorted types of benches and seats in front of the dumb bells (incline, flat, decline, seats). After 2pm, you're not getting an incline bench unless you work-in. What confuses me is why not just have all incline benches, since you can do anything with them? They can be used as a flat bench, they can be used as a seat (and are actually superior to seats). Instead, they limit the number of incline benches and make them super competitive to get. Just terrible planning.
This gym has a very high amount of people under the influence or just mentally unwell. The only place i see crazier people is Capital Hill at midnight.
All the equipment smells awful and is frequently broken due to everyone abusing the equipment.
I work at midnight and it would be so nice to drive 1 minute to hit the gym before work. Instead, they close at 8-10pm, and i have a narrow window to hit this gym between noon and 2pm, after my 12-hour shift. Again, this gym is unusable between 2-8/10pm because of the volume of people. I sometimes will use my lunch breaks at 3am to drive 25 minutes to the Issaquah location which is 24 hours. But i just feel taken advantage of doing it this way. Likely going to switch to PF or LA since they have longer hours and are nicer.

It’d be really nice if they could install heavy bags/punching bags

extremely packed gym all the time. You’re hit with a wall of stench when you walk in that smells like you walked into a room filled with moldy gym socks. The owner tried to blame it on smells originating from the building next door. sure bro. i know what body odor smells like.
I’m continuously finding myself putting weight onto the bar, and some clueless person sets their water bottle down like they’re about to claim the machine.
I’ve repeatedly had to skip parts of my workout bc there’s simply no free benches or machines.
i don’t know how much more i can take. My workouts take twice as long bc im having to wait for equipment to free up.

Not 24 hours. False advertisement, spreading lies. Will see you in court. Would give negative stars if possible for blatantly lying.

Packed gym at 9:40pm and they decide to close at 10pm. What a joke! What is it? Greed?? You can’t hire one person to hold extra hours?

I filled the 3 days trial request online and they wouldn't honor it. Something about "we already have 3 trial membership inside and can't have the forth"... Such a horrible customer experience

Things are constantly broken here. The fans in the building haven't worked in months. One of the front doors has been broken for months now.
Machines constantly breaking and waiting days/weeks for them to be fixed.
I've mentioned multiple times that it smells like something has died by the dumbell racks near the front windows and it continues to smell like death 6 months later.
Roughly 40% of the lights in the gym are burned out and haven't been replaced in months.
The front door has had signs posted on it for months that it doesn't work.
Death + stagnant gym air because fans aren't working sucks. With how many people go here I would expect a cleaner and fully functioning gym.

Should be called 16 hour fitness. Or just fitness. Why even keep the name if you’re not gonna be 24 hours lol nonsensical, especially when it seems that plenty of people are more than willing to come late at night. They’ll try to say it’s something about the pattern of when people come in, meanwhile plenty of people are in RIGHT BEFORE closing making it frustrating to workout since it’s so packed. Whoever responds to these ratings clearly doesn’t actually care since all the responses are generic.

False advertising. This location is NOT 24 hours don’t be fooled by their gimmicks. Sad to see them fall off so hard, this used to be my favorite gym but far from it now. So sad it’s come to this. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The facilities could be a little better maintained and the gym does get very full at rush hour, but it is well equipped and a very good value for money and I already get a good workout, which is what I’m there for.

I got weekly personal training session with Liam and it was great! At first I wasn’t planning on getting personal training but 24 hour fitness membership had a free session to try out. The free session was very informative and I liked how the workouts were catered to my goals and needs. So I went and bought a package and got weekly personal training! Liam is attentive and knowledgeable. He would correct my form and knew when I should push myself. It was helpful to get workout sets and I could see I was getting stronger each week. You can tell he wants the best for his clients. Would highly recommend him!

Jaeden at the front desk is incredible. She needs to be recognized for the kindness she gives and initiative she takes in her job, of all the 24 hour locations I frequently go to- Bothell & Issaquah, no one any of these locations has been remotely as welcoming and thoughtful in their interactions with their gym members that I’ve seen or experienced myself.
Very kind and always willing to offer to help. Jaeden walked with me to show me where some equipment was. And Jaeden is the reason why I’m giving 5 stars.
The Redmond gym itself: there aren’t spray bottles to sanitize equipment
