They are awesome, so professional and very helpful, I had no idea what to do and they made the process understandable and have gone above and beyond expectations . just waiting for SHD to sign off on job then they will finish covering tank. Ps, they met a bolder I am calling big Bertha for it's size. Vw bug sized! They used a breaker on it to get part of it out of the way.

I would highly recommend CLS to anyone who is in need of Septic services. I had issues with both my Septic tank and drainage field and the team at CLS (Joe, Jesse, etc.) went way above and beyond my expectations and helped me resolve the issues and saved me a lot of money and time while I was navigating the sale of my home. We had an extremely frustrating and terrible experience with King County Health department while replacing our septic system. CLS went above and beyond to keep things moving despite the incompetence at King County. I cannot express how much I appreciate their hard work behind the scenes dealing with such a terrible small government entity. The system and backfilling was beautiful and communication throughout this many month ordeal was outstanding.

What an awesome experience! Jesse and Ray arrived to troubleshoot the failure of our septic system. Turned out it was just a bad float. They could have easily sold me a new pump as well, since ours is 24 years old and looking pretty gnarly with a tiny bit of oil on the surface of the water. However, they recommended waiting since it might go another few years and waiting would avoid spending lots of bucks just before the start of the holiday season. They were recommended by McNel Septic because McNel was swamped, or I would have never found these guys because they don't show up on Yelp. Fast, competent, very honest.
