Old, renovated hotel. Some rooms shared bathroom. Most on 2nd floor. Coffee fridge & microwave available on 1st floor but no access to sink, water or bathroom on this floor. Nice porch with chairs. Has heat and A/C. Good historical property. Not particularly cheap.

It's a Motel on a mountain if it didn't have a rustic feel it wouldn't be natural. The most modern things like WiFi and a microwave are it but there was a wind up alarm clock in my room it worked but didnt keep time. Yard work was done nicely. The rooms were a bit run down yet clean and comfortable two king beds in each room. And a radio station at one end of it. The local store is rite next to it . A bar across the hwy that is also the restuarant. A gas ststion an rv parts store/campground. Oh ya most import what's a town without a post office? Not a town. Randle is a Quant place with really nice people in it. I drove 3 1/2 hours to get here and I've done it 4 times so there is something about this place. If You should find yourself coming up on Randle definitely stop and. Just talk to the locals and look around it's nice once and a while...

Great price for a single. Friendly, nice people, bring a winter sleeping bag and take a short shower. Love the laminate flooring. My review is strongly colored by the lack heat issue.

Nice to have a last min spot in the area! Staff was friendly and room was good size.it was def a smoking deal of a price.. and it had a fridge and microwave.. in cali it's at least 10 bucks extra for that. I only gave it 4 starz because they could use maintenance.. things look more than worn out, they need to invest into the property esp if something is over 40 years old. And in bad shape. The tv also didn't work, and at least it would be nice to have some coffee in the morning. But for price like that it's fine!

The staff is super sweet and very friendly. My husband, my 20 year old son and myself stayed here for 3 day's while we worked in Packwood. The rooms were very spacious, beds were very comfortable, showers were amazing, heater worked great, Wi-Fi was a little sketchy, but definitely up to our standards, rooms are very clean, the price was affordable, there's a microwave, refrigerator in the rooms. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again!

EXTREMELY retro, which is fine. I'll stay there again based on price alone. Lois was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Mini fridge was plenty cold and there was a mini microwave right on top of it. Full size closet with a 32 inch TV and cable! Room was big with plenty of space. Room featured two queen size beds. Hard to beat 60 dollars a night! The room/bathroom were both in pretty rough shape physically. The floor tiles in the living area was rough in stocking feet where it was buckled and chipped. The sitting table/chair was metal and very worn, but still served its purpose. Appeared to be something out of a 1950's schoolhouse. The comforter on one of the beds had a cigarette burn on it and the room had a very faint odor of stale cigarette smoke. Which explains why there was an ash tray sitting on the table. It was sitting upside down for some reason. I actually didnt realize it was an ashtray until I picked it up to see what it was. I Was VERY surprised they allowed indoor smoking. The bathroom was in DESPERATE need of maintenance and TLC. The tub and the tub surround were literally held together with decades old rubber silicone which lined every crack and dent in the wall. Parts of it were peeling away from the wall. This was a bit off putting for me, although I did take a shower in it. Didnt have much choice. Road noise from the hwy was loud at times but was much better after dark once it died down. The worst part for me however was being woken up at 5:30 am by the truck that was parked right outside my door. Cars are allowed to pull right up to the building. Which was kinda nice for loading and unloading. BUT, its a odd site to open your door and see a vehicle grill literally 4 feet from your face. Much less have a big old stinky, clunking truck being started up at the crack of dawn that literally rumbles you out of bed.I was originally gonna give it only 2 stars, but the 60 dollar a night price tag bumps it to 3. If it wasnt for the fact that its only 5 mins from the property I own down there I would probably elect to stay somewhere else.

Nice place to stay if you spending the day hiking or at the lake. Cheap room. Not a fancy place, has bathroom, hot shower, a bed, and tv. Grocery store and bar, gas station nearby. Good price for a night in the mountains.
