Ordered a new bale feeder. Delivery went smooth but when we got the feeder several hydraulic lines were busted and leaking. They won’t replace them. Not a happy customer. New equipment should have never been sold in that condition.

My mother in-law and I purchased a used Bad Boy mower on 4-15 from SS Equipment in Quincy. The price was $6500. The Salesman said delivery would take place in two weeks, when the old owner took delivery of his new mower. Two weeks past and we didn’t receive the mower. A thank you card was sent saying the mower would be delivered soon. After around four weeks we called and were told it would be one more week and again a week passed and still no mower. Knowing the mower could handle tall grass I didn’t mow the lawn because I believed the mower would be delivered soon. Still the mower was not delivered after two months. I called the sales man and he said the customer who traded in his mower had not received the bagger for his new mower and that was the hold up and he was still using the old mower. He said it would be in a week. After another two weeks and no mower I went in and talked to the sales man and was brushed off again and basically told that the hours the old owner putting hours on the mower didn’t matter and he was too busy handling other sales to deal with my issue but it would be delivered in another week. He blamed the delivery of our USED mower on supply chain issues. He offerd a refund but that’s not what we want and at this point in the season we wouldn’t be able to find one. I left frustrated. The grass was a foot to two feet high because he lied and I expected it to be here soon. At that point I called the sales manager and was promised that it would be delivered in another week. A week passed and he called and told me they were going to get parts to get for the bagger on the new mower and I should see it in a week. I asked for a mower to use to mow the grass because my old mower wouldn’t mow it now. He said they didn’t have anything to let me use. I asked if they would pay the grassed to be mowed and they said yes but I have not seen any of that money either. It’s been three months and the old owner is still putting hours on our mower. Still no mower 7-15. I will update this when and if the actually make it right.
