Customer service is very, uncomplicated. Be patient & kind. As a parent- I am extremely direct and matter-of-fact when it comes to my child. As are most parents.Some (not all, but too many) of the employees are just, unkind. Simple questions of the front desk employees turn into some bizarre confrontation. Equal parts agitation and impatient.A few of the ladies are very sweet, but customer service is not for everyone. Not everyone should be up there. I certainly couldn’t do it! So kudos to those of you that do it, and do it well!!! If you ask a question- no matter how straightforward, and they don’t understand, they’re appalled and confused. ? It is truly bizarre. You didn’t understand my question twice ( the very clear question, so I am out of line?) It’s not just one person, it’s several. I’ve witnessed so many members asking basic questions and then being confronted with, defiance.If the front desk person doesn’t comprehend the question and the member has to ask again, they’re (the member) a jerk.Again- some of the employees are exceedingly patient and very nice, but I have seen and experienced this one too many times!! A few bad apples ruin it for the whole bunch. ? Do better, please.

I go there for the water exercise. It's loan impact on my body and I get to exercise all of my muscles without having the dread of cement floor or twisted ankles. It's fantastic! I do freestyle Tuesdays and Thursdays and the water aerobics class Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If you want to exercise but don't like to run water exercises is the best

Director Kim. There will never be enough thank you’s for your humility, your gratitude for life… and your heart. You truly listened to a person carrying a lot of pain for what others were subjected too. And the costs that come with protecting those that can’t protect themselves. You’re the person who gives people HOPE. You’re the person we need more of on earth.

The staff are very friendly and my daughter loves the gymnastics program. They have a lot of different workout equipment and exercise classes to choose from.

I am so glad my family found out about the YMCA, the kids love the pool and playground. My son does not know how to swim and is afraid to stay in the water on his own, but after the first training he said he wanted more, he really liked the trainer. Thank you for the opportunity to visit the YMCA.
