Can't believe I'm about to write this review because I don't love Comcast lol.
This store is run incredibly well. I came in maybe 15 mins early for an appt, and the store was SLAMMED with customers. No problem, I was checked in within a few minutes, and my service issue was RESOLVED before my scheduled appointment time. Strongly recommend coming in to talk if you are having any service issues. Huge thanks to Ricky and Dom for making my day so much easier than I thought it would be.

Went in today with my mom so she can transfer her cell service from Verizon to Xfinity. Not only was Rickey beyond helpful, patient with her, explained everything so she understood and was comfortable with everything and the price, but he is hilarious and easy to talk to while you wait for your phone to be setup and information transferred to the new phone.
Keep him around, his customer service is TOP NOTCH!!

Schedule for service yesterday at noon, tech shows up test co-ox line not working. Service needs to connect a line from across street. Next day two techs show up not knowing what to do. Terrible customer service and communication from this company!! All they want is your business but can’t take care of their customers!!!!!

Went in to pick up an order just for internet and the guy told me about their cell deals and ended up walking out with two new phone lines and my internet for $20 more than my original internet only! Couldn’t be happier!!!

They don't stand behind their products. Now I have to pay off my current phone that has never worked right to get a new phone (onnly had phone for 5 weeks)

I felt super out of place was never supposed to be there. For some reason I got my phone shut up on a conversation of my chat with Comcast and so I had to go to the store and activate my phone and there's a bunch of old people there that don't understand technology or want to botch about there bill

Had to drop off old equipment. I was immediately greeted and brought over to the computer where it was quickly accepted. My entire visit was under 5 minutes. Thanks for the friendly help!
