My family and I have been living in this community for almost three years now and have loved our time here. Any issue or concerns we have had has always been met with Danielle’s quick and professional help. I couldn’t recommend living here enough. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. We didn’t end up living here because it did not fit our personal needs BUT the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and I wish it would’ve worked out because it seems like a lovely place to live!

Absolute worst living experience we have ever had. Do not recommend living here. Our house was absolutely disgusting when we moved in with stains all over the carpet in every room of the house. As SOON as we moved in everything they cheaply put back together for our move in immediately started breaking. Including lightbulbs bursting and an entire sink falling off the wall. On multiple occasions my kids stepped on nails sticking out of the carpet that they clearly did not clean or replace before move in. The dish washer flooded our kitchen, the garbage disposal smelt awful. This place was so nasty we cut our losses and moved out months before our lease was up. Management is also terrible. Save your money and time and look somewhere else.

***We have been in our town home for over a year and we still love it! We renewed our lease for another year this past summer. The neighborhood continues to be safe and quiet. We are so thankful for Ms. Danelle, the office manager, she has always been so helpful and accommodating to our needs, we have a special needs son. Mr. Jeff, the maintenance guy is so friendly and quickly resolves any small issues we have, like clogged drains or burnout light bulbs on the exterior. My son loves to see him when he comes for requests or when he is walking or driving by. He has to run out on the balcony and say hi. ***We absolutely love our new town home! We rented it long distance from Texas and only saw pictures online so we were extremely pleased when we moved in and it was even better than we had expected! The neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are well taken care of. The outside of the town homes look great and we loved that they have lots of details (front porches, balconies, molding and even shingling) that make the individual units stand out. Many town homes we had been looking at were plain and all of them looked the same. We love all the windows and natural light! I homeschool my children and my husband works from home so we love that his office is downstairs away from the living area and bedrooms, so we don't have to worry about bothering him during the day. Ms. Danelle was so helpful during the renting process, especially with renting long distance. She was great about answering phone calls and emails when I had questions. The town home was available a few weeks before we moved to Washington and we were so thankful that she was able to hold it for us with a deposit. We were so thankful not to have to pay double rent! The inside is spacious and we love having the laundry on the same floor as the bedrooms. There is a ton of storage and we love having the extra storage under the stairs on the bottom floor in our floor plan. The appliances, cupboards and counters are updated in the kitchen and we were so pleased to see the updates in this price range, many of the homes we were looking at on line were more expensive and had older/cheaper fixtures. There is a huge pantry and great storage in the cabinets and drawers. The neighborhood around the gated town homes seems quiet and safe. We haven't had any concerns in the month that we have lived here. We love the fact that the neighborhood is gated and has a park and basketball hoop for the kids. There are amenities (fast food restaurants and grocery stores) close by. Maintenance is great about responding quickly to issues and he is super friendly. It usually only takes a day or two for things to get fixed, which is wonderful compared to the 1-2 weeks in our last few apartments. This is our first experience living in a town home and I was afraid that we would be able to hear everything in the neighboring unit or that they would hear us, I have a special needs son that gets pretty loud, and so far we haven't heard anything from them and haven't had any complaints about noise that my son makes. We had been looking in Federal Way and Milton/Edgewood for apartments that cost more than our town home and are so pleased that we could actually have a spacious home and have privacy cheaper than living in an apartment in the areas we had been looking for. I am so thankful we didn't rent our first choice and stumbled on this town home instead. It is absolutely perfect for our family and we feel blessed to call it our home!
