“I like Maurices. Their clothes are a nice quality and most are timeless styles so you can build a wardrobe that will last. They have from size 0-24 so they have sizes to fitmost women. The sales clerk on duty was the worst I've encountered at any of the Maurices I've been to. Having said that she was still okay, it's just that most are super welcoming and helpful and she was not as she was quite distracted and seemed irritated to answer a few simple questions. I'll be back though, because in spite 8f the clerk, it's a great store!”
“Staff is always very nice and extra helpful. In fact I cannot think of another store that is as kind to me as an adult than this Hot Topic!
The store is always tidy and they have a good selection of clothes and collectibles if you are passionate about a character, band or style.”
“Found something online cheaper then Amazon, If you can believe that. Kohl's has a great staff that was willing to help me locate the item and very knowledgeable. The store was very clean, and the staff didn't make me feel like I didn't belong.
I'm sure some of use felt the feeling like we have been fallowed for no reason. Well Kohl's didn't do that”

“Buckle is pricy (about $15-$20 more than usual stores) at the same time I'm not replacing shirts, jeans, etc every 6-8 months so in the long run I'm actually saving money. Take the financial clothing hit now, your wallet will thank you later”
“Found tons of great clothes for my daughter but what's better... I set my wallet down and left it behind and the HONEST and AMAZING staff kept it safe. All my cash, card, and personal items still there!! I'm so beyond grateful for each of them!! She made me feel like a petite queen ❤️ I usually do 2x but the dress she had me try was a size smaller and when I walked out of the changing room she hyped me up so much! I would have bought the entire store if I could. She said “You look like a million bucks” then sprayed me with some amazing perfume, that was shipped straight from Paris, and now I’m walking around smelling like a million bucks. “Since visiting WA this trip I've been here 3 times already and each time I leave satisfied and carrying a whole bunch of stuffs! Affordable and budget friendly while shipping on a budget.
The store was a bit unorganized, but considering my time of visit was near closing its understandable, the cashiers are my favorite they we welcoming and asked the right question and knew to anticipate my shopping concerns.

“I bought a hat online and they said they could embroider any hat even if we didn’t buy it at Lids. Easy options for the embroidery. We chose size, font and thread and saw a sample on the computer! 15 minutes and done!”
“Everyone is always so friendly whenever I walk in and I am always greeted the second I enter. The associates are very knowledgeable about their product and if they do not have the answer, they will let you know and try to figure it out by asking someone else, like their manager Kaikah, I appreciate how much she knows about the products and what's in store. The atmosphere there is very calming and the store is always so so clean. I used to come here prior to the new management and I always kinda felt mean girl vibes but coming in now, it's super welcoming. Kaikah let me know of any deals going on, and showed me where to find the product and all. I came in to purchased a hoodie here for my husband and some jeans for me. My husband wanted a specific all white hoodie and Kaikah went above and beyond to help us find one, ensuring that it was the correct size for him too. When I was searching for jeans, Kaikah ensured to let me know I could try them on, I swear I tried on a lot of jeans, but in the end, I appreciated that she let me know I could try them on so I wasn't just walking out of the store hoping the jeans looked good on me or that they fit. Highly recommended.”
“We love H&M! My only issue is that it's often pretty messy, but if that's what it takes to get some super great deals- I can hang with it! They also have really great customer service and I always leave feeling like I got a great deal! They have an awesome kids section and especially love when I can find matching gear for my kiddos!”
“Candice, is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was looking for a wind resistant safety jacket and she showed me several options of which had different qualities. She went above and beyond. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. ???????? Thank you!”
“Manager Annesta was very patient and understanding when explaining unknown charges to our wedding rings- and we spent over an hour sorting out what happened because I no longer had the receipt for June and just a bill that recently came in July. Greatly appreciate her professionalism and that she took the time to explain the bill to us. We won’t continue to dispute it now that we understand and will oay it.”
“I went to Macy's not too long ago to purchase many gifts. I was very overwhelmed the day that I went and I could not decide what to purchase. Luckily one of the fabulous employee who works at Macy's was able to assist me. I believe her name was Madilyn. Madilyn was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Her work ethic is off the charts, she was very understanding and did her job exquisitely. She was very patient with me and my needs and never seemed irritated or annoyed. This is what 5 star customer service looks like! I will come to the south hill Macy's if it means I can get help from Madilyn again.”

“It's been while since I've shopped at a Pacsun store. Last time I was shopped at one was when I used to reside in Cali (3yrs ago). Tonight was nice, not busy. They have good quality clothing. I don't shop much, however, I was able to find a great BOGO free deal on some joggers. Total came out to $33.00. I would return again.”
