Ok wash. They don't have brushes or anything, just this wand goes over your car a few times and sprays it with water and cleaners.Overall, 3 out of 5 for the wash. However at the moment, on Mondays the premium wash is like $10.

We went to this car wash before they remodeled it and it was way better. We just went thru it and got the highest level of wash and it didn’t get the car clean at all. They should have left the system alone. It was way better

All jets of water and foams. No brushes or anything. So I'd you want touchless wash this is it. Didn't quite get all the bird drops. That you need a different kind of carwash. These guys do have RainX and vehicles come out shiny.

The guy that came out and washed our car did a great job. Spent a lot of time putting the soap on and really making sure it was clean. Best $20.00 spent at a car wash! We have a Black Mercedes so we're usually reluctant going through car washes but hands down would go again.

Out of all of the car washes in the area it's probably the most expensive that offers this type of touchless services, but they rarely do a good job. I've brought a 2000 Jetta through a few years ago and had to wipe down a more than I should have afterward. The prewash by the staff was too fast, and it really showed with the result. Today I brought through a 2017 Ram 3500 and paid for the most expensive package ($20). Again, it seemed it was a rushed job with the staff prewash and their drying job. They missed most of the wheels and spots on the bumpers. For $20 to be rushed in and out while missing spots it's not a good deal. The majority of tunnel car washes at most should leave only minor spots that are harder to get (and quick to fix with a rag in a minute or two), not larger spots that could have been very easy to get. Having to go home and rewash entire sections of your vehicle was inconvenient to say the least. Brown Bear is better.

Worst car wash my little suv has ever had! I thought it was going to be great since 2 guys washed it with brushes before and "dried" it off afterwards..Nope, absolutely horrible quality. I have a black suv and there was soap all over it which left white soapy streaks on my car. Just awful, I will never be back. Bad, just very very bad quality

This is one of the worst car washes I've ever used. My car looks like it wasn't even washed. The guy drying the cars off did a very poor job and left swirls all over the place. I opted for the tire dressing and it looks worse now because he applied it so unevenly, it has greasy looking spots all over. I'd avoid this place and go somewhere else that doesn't rip you off.

I have used this place since opening and found the clean on my car usually acceptable and the service friendly. However it depends on who is running the pre-wash station. If they don't spray well or try to pre-scrub under the spoiler, it will not get touched in the main wash. This I know and I tend to wash under this myself afterwards. That's fine. This spring and summer has been a decline in service that cannot be reasonable. Let me share 3 different and consecutive days trying to get my car washed. It was Monday, approx 1130am, I pulled in. Noone was there, I sat without anyone coming for 5 mins. At 7 mins. I honked. At 10 mins a rumbly diesel pulls up behind me, oh good, they make more noise and someone is bound to come out. Nope. At 15mins I slowly pulled through the wash building... to exit. Noone was around to even chew me out. Btw, the rumbly truck honked and backed out before I left. The next night was after work when I pulled up at 550. They close at 6pm... at least that's what the sign reads. However the cones were out to block entrance and as I turned around and left, can see the 3 attendants sitting on the curb chatting after a hard days work. How nice for them. Last chance here it comes. Ah it looks like they are open, and cars are moving through. (Good sign) I pull in. Pay the man. Had to ask (as usual) for the damp cloth and air freshener. They are out he says of the little smelly trees but here's your wet paper towel. So I just bought the premium wash, had to ask for some of the included benefits, one which was out? Pink elephant here I come... Looking forward to Brown Bear too. White glove you've been the only full service place on this Hill too long. Meet your competition and rise to it or fall.

The only reason I'm even giving this a 3 is because I like that it's a touch less car wash. However my Grand Cherokee was not that dirty and the back still looks like it wasn't touched. The towel guy at the end could care less about his job, got a half a** dry, and then acted like it was not his job to administer tire dressing when I payed for it, and when he did it, also half a*** The jeep isn't lifted, it has stock tires, but he only did about 1/4 of ea tire... Very disappointing experience and defiantly not worth $20!
