I've been buying boots here for many many years. I went in the other day to see when their cobbler would be in. A serious looking little man came from the back and I was asking about the cobbler. He was looking at me like I was an idiot for the questions I was asking. He said you can go there or come here. I didn't know how the process worked and again he looked at me like I should already know the process. I asked for a card and he asked what shoes I wanted fixed up. I pointed at my romeo's and he said why do that ,they are throw away shoes. I like my shoe, they are comfortable, that's why I wanted them fixed up. Why does it matter to him why I want to do anything. I've shopi g at the store for many years and because one ONE guy I will never go back. Thanks Whistle

Candice, is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was looking for a wind resistant safety jacket and she showed me several options of which had different qualities. She went above and beyond. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. ???????? Thank you!

I have experienced the worse customer service in my life. All of the women that worked their didn't even acknowledge me or offer assistance. After 1 hour of looking and walking through the store trying to find the right size pants for my husband and my self, I heard two of the employees saying how they hate to see Black and Hispanics shop at the whistle workwear.Like I said the worse experience of my life!!

Went there specifically for darn tuff socks that I have worn for years only to find out they discounted them. Left with nothing and disappointed. Back to Amazon since no brick and mortar stores carry anything anymore.
