Although this Winco does seem to have everything I am looking for on a regular basis, their recent change in customer service and employee behavior has caused me to stop shopping here. Not only has the store now changed from being 24/7 to closing at midnight and opening at 6 in the morning, I was appalled at what I saw an employee do a few days ago. I was walking towards the back of the store to pick up some almond milk for my kids (which are on a diet) when I saw an employee scream and throw a carton of 5 dozen eggs at the floor. This is horrible employee behavior and should never be condoned by an employer. To make it even worse, my kids were with me and seeing the employee throw eggs has taught them that it's OK to throw eggs so now I have yellow stains everywhere in my house all because this employee decided to lose his temper.

Upon arriving home, I noticed discrepancies on my receipt. I was charged for two heads of garlic when there was clearly only one in the bag. I was charged for three lemons instead of two. Dishonest employee-owned business practices. Go elsewhere.

Crazy long lines and only 5 cashiers open. So hard to get to the breads. I get social distancing, so open more cashiers. Sunday m

I never have anything negative to say about this winco. All the workers are so friendly and kind. The only thing I would say is that I definitely don't like that they allow customers to roam winco without masks on. On their front door it even says everywhere that you need a mask before entering but there's always a karen who thinks she's above the law. They do announce often that people may only be in the store with masks on and to keep the masks over your nose, so I mean they're trying. Everything here though is for such an awesome price. Sometimes it's a steal.

I was here trying to return and item that I did not want any more but was denied the return because they said that I can only exchange for another item or I have to be unsatisfied with the item to return it. I verbally told them that I was unsatisfied but they refused to return the item. This is great customer service.

I love Winco. However, I was there a couple of days ago and they are not enforcing the mask rule. SHAME ON YOU, WINCO!!!!!

This my store. I love shopping here. Quality foods at great prices. The staff are always very kind and it's a one stop shop for all your essentials. You can get things in bulk, such as flour and pasta. I like getting fresh seafood from here and ganish hens. One of my favorite dishes to make and it's super affordable.

Love shopping at Winco. Food is cheaper compared to other stores and they have everything I need.

Hello everyone. I'd like to begin with saying that I'm not close to a Winco. The closest one is about 30 miles away so you better be decent if I'm going to come to you. That being said, we travel to the Winco in Puyallup about 1-2 times a month. It is that good! Here's why: Hubby & I are disabled. It's important to us that the isles are wide enough for the electric carts & so we're not in the way of others coming through as well. The staff is cheerful, helpful & attentive (for the most part). For us the deli is the hub & Gloria is the best! We order multiple containers of salads & ceviche to take home. In comparison to the other Winco's, they are the BEST hands down! The pea salad is creamy & you can taste every ingredient in it. The bacon, the onion, the peas, the cheese & they meld together so good. In other Winco's, I'm sorry to say, I find them always lacking in something . The ceviche? Omgoodness! The awesome thing about this particular Winco is, they take the time to shred the crab meat. I don't know if that's a big deal for you but for us, we like to get meat in every bite of our crab salads or ceviche. The other Winco's leave big chunks of crab (to each his own) & you either get crab or salad . Today when we went in, they we're out of ceviche. Gloria literally stopped making what she was making & told my hubby to come back in 15 min & she would have the ceviche ready for us. I've had other staff at other Winco's simply tell me they were out. Period. When I inquired if they could make more I was told it was against policy to do that . Thank you Gloria for going above & beyond! I could go on but I think that should cover why this is an exemplary Store. Thank you for listening. I just tell it like it is ...

Walked up to the deli counter, two men standing there in the middle of doing something, fine...I can wait. They look at me a couple times but continue what they're doing. So I continue to wait another minute or two. Notice two other groups of people walk up behind me(both white btw) and each of the workers turn to the white groups without even acknowledging me(I'm biracial asian and white). The one man helps his customers and turns back to what he was doing, again not even caring that I've been standing there now for what seems like 10 minutes. Finally I turn to my son and say " jeez we must be invisible or something" and only then does the second man turn to me and ask what I need. Moral of the story.... please teach your employees not to be racist fucks thank you!

Great place to stock up on snacks. I always like the variety of foods this place has to offer. Sometimes, I like to experiment and try new things from this place because it's at such a good price.

We love love winco! Sure, it's crowded and always difficult to find parking (so I just automatically park in back) but it's worth it. Large selection of produce (it spoils quicker than other stores tho), but usually pantry items and bulk items are a good buy. Bakery items are great too. Standard winco, they don't take credit and you have to bag your own groceries... which is fine with me. I do wish they'd switch out the annoying loud air dryers in the bathrooms. You can hear them very loudly from the checkouts and while in line. My young child is scared of them so it's always an ordeal if they go off while were checking out, and it makes us unable to use the bathrooms in the store at all.
