Absolutely horrible. After specifically speaking to someone and having them order a medication that is hard to come by, I called around and found said medication elsewhere and had that pharmacy request the transfer. After requested, the pharmacy called back to inform me Fred Meyer didn't have my prescription (?). I called Fred Meyer, and what do you know, they have the prescription... They then tell me tomorrow I can call the other pharmacy and have them request it (again) - no you can call and have them request it considering everyone did their job and due diligence besides your incompetent staff. Kimberly then catches an attitude and tells me no that won't happen. I ask to speak to whoever I need to in order to place a complaint, this is where it gets even worse. Dawnya then gets on the phone - and I have never experienced a more unprofessional, rude, inept being in my life. She continues on about they will not be following up (after the transfer was already requested and the pharmacy specifically asked they check their fax for the prescription which clearly they lied about doing to the other pharmacy) and then she hung up on me while I was in the middle of speaking. I will be calling in the morning to talk to the department store director. Absolutely ludicrous - this is the first and last day I will be going to Fred Meyer pharmacy. If you need your antibiotic quickly for the sake of your health, do not use this pharmacy. These two individuals, Kimberley (and especially) Dawnya are incapable, undereducated, poor mannered and classless. Fred Meyer should do a better job vetting during their interview process.
