My experience was so amazing Ryan helped me so much especially since I’ve been struggling to find a car ever since mine got stolen. I would rate his customer service 1000% bc he helped in a way no other company couldn’t right now. I would refer my friends and family to him if they needed any car. He gave me the best experience & helped me when I really needed it :) Thank you so much Ryan!

Came in with very high expectations due to the reviews about this place and about Ryan Watson and I was certainly not disappointed! I was let down from past experiences at other dealerships and came here as a last ditch effort to get myself a car and I walked out a couple hours later with an amazing vehicle. Ryan was very kind and helpful for getting me an amazing car within my budget. I feel very lucky to have found this place! Spencer also deserves high praise as he let us check out the cars as we pleased and had them all ready to test drive for us. Everyone was very kind, patient and honest with us. Thanks to everyone here for their kindness!

After trying at 3 different dealerships, losing $500 to someone, and 6 or 7 loan companies Ryan made it happen. And the car looks and runs like it’s brand new! Even with no credit! Thank You So Much Ryan Watson!!!

Got my car! Ryan in finance went above and beyond to get this car for me. Even though I never met this man a day before in my life, it still felt as if I had known him for years. I've never been to a dealership where someone is determined to help you on ''real'' strength and not just on a business level. He was talking to me, encouraging me and mentoring me as well. Giving me instructions and advice on my career and showing love as if he was a family member! it felt like he was just one of my homies! I felt comfortable, I felt in place. Most times during a car deal you tend to feel a bit nervous as you wait for an response of whether or not you will be able to drive away with your dream car. He kept assuring me that even if it did not take place today, that I would still be able to prosper in other ways and just being totally uplifting and inspiring. I would love to work for a team like this! Ryan honestly needs to be a trainer, they need more folks like him on the team!

Where do I start ? The team that they have here at this location is beyond your average customer service level. I’m from the south so I know all about southern hospitality and showing love to people just out of gp. Honestly, not knocking Seattle, but it’s just clearly not the same with the hospitality and all. People here are a lot colder, that’s with almost every experience I’ve had with customer service. Literally, when I came to this location I felt like I was home. Everyone genuinely cared, it wasn’t just for show. I was greeted by Issac, even when I was leaving he was very nice and So respectful. Troy was like one of those down south just laid back cool brothers that made sure you understood how much he had your back. Then I met Ryan, Ryan and I kicked it off like we had been homies since way back. I’m telling you, it was the most genuine car deal I’ve ever had done. Most places are super up tight, making you feel uncomfortable, things are totally operated different here. Your team is amazing ! This is what every dealership need, please spread what you do here around to other dealerships! It is definitely needed ❤️

Ryan Watson and Spencer were absolutely amazing. Ryan especially made the process so smooth and easy, especially given my situation. I’m beyond thankful for him and his team there. It’s been a long time since I had a vehicle and he matched me up perfectly. I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to visit them.

Kevin was very helpful when buying a car. No pressure whatsoever, financing was easy, and they were very upfront and honest about servicing my new car. They put me in a 2019 jeep cherokee and I absolutely love it. My car goes in soon to get a new windshield that they promised. Super happy overall.

Don't waste your time. Keep moving on down the road We filled out the information on the web. Got contacted by a James Steel. We called him back and discussed our concerns, issues and maximum payment. James told us no problem. He found us a lender to work with. However every time, I asked a question I got 1/2 answers, I will call you back. I asked, " what is the criteria, what should we be looking for. I could not get a simple answer of max mileage. I got passed on to his boss. HE still would not give me a simple answer. I went as far as asking. If your person took me out to look at cars, what would be the max mileage. All I got was double talk. Then I was told the payment we wanted was not possible. We needed to spend more money !!! Thanks James for wasting almost a week of our time !!!!!!! We told them that the lender they wanted us to use was CPS. They have a 1 star rating. Out of 77 reviews 68 were 1 star !!!! He had an excuse for that saying that you cant believe ratings !!! BS !!!

My husband and I applied online and received a call back from Jonas letting us know that we were fully approved for a car loan. We scheduled an appointment and drove down to Olympia the next day. When we first got there we were given a paper application and then were told that in order to be approved for a loan, we would have to trade in our other car (that was in a repo status). We specifically put on the application that we didn't want to trade in any car. We had made plans outside of the dealership to sell privately, but were told that it was a stipulation of the bank and we didn't have any option. We were hesitant, but continued with the paper application. Jonas ended up 'finding a way' to make it work without a trade in. Things started out a bit rocky, but got better the longer we were there. Jonas ended up getting me and my husband into a nice, clean, solid car (2014 VW Passat). He was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs and worked around our bad credit. He was straight up, no pressure. We are so happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from him again. Jeff O. helped us finalize the sale documents and seal the deal. He was experienced and friendly and worked with Jonas behind the scenes to get us the car we wanted. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the trade in mixup and that they went to the gas station and gave us a little under a half tank after we bought the car. For us it's the little things that make all the difference, so I would suggest that they fill the tank up for new car buyers, especially on cars above $10k. It would be nice to have seen the CarFax as well. Other than those very minor things, these guys were absolutely awesome!! I would definitely purchase from them again. This place was legit. :)

Great sales team, uncertain of the quality of their service department. Washington Auto Credit is the best! Joe was very friendly, helpful and straightforward throughout the process. Ryan was open and honest about what we could afford and Joe helped match us with a car that was perfect for our situation. They did not pressure us into a vehicle that was outside of our budget even though we were approved for more. I highly recommend this place! A great overall, low-pressure, experience. They lose a couple of stars because the car was not detailed to our expectations. There were nasty stains on the carpet, seats and crevices, grease, and trash from the previous owner. This is more of an indictment of the I-5 Cars service team. However, we postponed buying the car a couple of days for them to "detail" the vehicle and it looks as if they only did a surface wipe. To their credit, WAC did offer to take a look at the problem and possibly rectify the issue. We ultimately decided to a pay for a detailing professional to do the job since losing trust in their service capabilities and not wanting to drive back out to their location. Still a location I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

We could not be happier with the service from them. Brian Griffith was amazing. He made us comfortable during all the process and was super friendly with our kids making the process smooth for them too. We didn't expected that we would be able to get such a nice car for our family. We will for sure be back! Great customer service!!!

Brian Griffith is amazing. He was able to get everything situated before I came in so I didn't have to spend my day off in the dealership. He was thorough, quick, beyond easy to talk too. Convinient, and always available. He made the entire experience comfortable. We even got into a bind, that he was able to go to bat about and came out exactly where we hoped. I would recommend him highly! & I will anytime the opportunity presents.
