Went to get flu and covid shot and I've never had a shot hurt that much . She jabbed me so hard I couldn't believ it and I give myself B12 shots every week . So I'm not afraid of needles . Go somewhere else for vaccines .

Walgreens focuses too much on vaccines instead of their core function, rx. Yesterday there were five or six people waiting/receiving care for vaccines from the pharmacist. There was one tech on the drive thru window and walk up register, and one tech left to manage everything else. My rx wasn't ready and was told it would be by EOD.I went today and 24 hours + later and the much needed medicine for an acute condition dx at an urgent care still has not been filled. I'm embarrassed I did lose my temper with the tech, not because of them personally, but at the lack of a pharmacy to fulfill their basic purpose. If Walgreens can't staff appropriately, you should scale back your services so your core function doesn't suffer.

I don't understand why they have so many negative experiences ? I've had no problems ever and I have used them on and off for as long as they've been here. I've lived here almost 31 years, just down canyon rd.I've never had to wait on a drive line more than 2 cats and mostly nobody has been ahead of me. I go there after 8pm and is a perfect time.The staff are always pleasant ? helpful and respectful ? ? ? ??

This review is for the pharmacy. We have been getting our prescriptions filled here for over 16 years. Pre Covid, they were efficient, timely, and knowledgeable with the same regular staff. After Covid, staff completely changed, not one person remained. All new and changing staff. They are always closed, disorganized, delayed, clueless , slow, and lack basic customer service. We are looking to move our prescriptions somewhere else.

This may be the longest freakin' review some of you have seen in a while but frankly my darlings I don't give a damn because 1) You're not required to read it and 2) I MUST mentally cleanse myself of this frustrating experience!I used to love shopping at this Walgreens store especially during holidays as I would find such awesome items for gifts and a variety of goodies I couldn't find anywhere else but sadly I can't really recommend Walgreens now, especially not for a pickup order and this is why... I placed an order online shortly after the holidays and it took a while for the items to arrive at the store as they were not in stock at that time which is no biggie, I expected this to be the case. I received an email when they did arrive to store but not long after that I also received a voicemail from an employee of the store stating that another person with my first name came to pick up an order which was in no way related to the items that were in my order and they accidentally gave this other woman with my first name all my stuff ! The female employee who did not even give her name in the voicemail then went on to say that if I still want the items I ordered to call the store. Well I didn't get this voice message until much later as I was working at that time but I called the store later in the evening and someone was able to pick up the phone, an employee who sounded like a much older female than the one who left the voicemail. I tried to explain what happened to the best of my abilities telling her about the voicemail i received which she seemed to not fully comprehend what I was saying. I told her I was upset about this, I don't want to put in a new order for the items and I would rather just cancel the entire order to get a refund as I didn't receive it someone else did which I'm sure you'd all agree is an understandable request in this scenario.She took my name down (or so she said she did) and then just said "okay ma'am, if we have an order with your name on it in the back we will cancel it. Bye." Hung up. Ummm, okay... it's been over a month since then now and I have not received a refund for the order or any kind of correspondence from Walgreens. I guess I'll just take a loss on that $30 order and if I ever shop at Walgreens again it won't be for a very very long time, different location and I will certainly NEVER place a pick up order with them ever again to avoid further headaches. I've placed orders for pick up at so many different stores over the years and while I have had a similar mix up happen to me at one other store in a mall, their customer service took care of refunding me immediately when I reached out to them and they genuinely seemed to care about resolving the issue for me. Train your staff better on how to resolve serious issues like this in the future as they arise Walgreens, SMH!

HORRIBLE!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!!!They are liars, and they change your quantity of meds, due to lack of stock!! Then blame your Dr. Office for smaller quantities!!!B E W A R E!!!! They are over worked, and under staffed!!!Mistake after mistake, lie after lie.It's NOT just me!!!PATHETIC place to go!!!

Completely incompetent pharmacy. Every single time prescriptions are ordered they are never ready for pickup on the date & time WALGREENS schedules pick up. Doesn't matter if you call in the Rx - it isn't going to be ready. Doesn't matter if you order through the app - it wont be ready. I ALWAYS give this joint 2-3 extra days following THEIR confirmation before I go in, because I know prescriptions are NEVER ready. Never mind that they are medications where doses are not supposed to be missed - Rx wont be ready. On top of that have to schedule time away from work - all for wasted trips. There are gas expenses - all for nothing. Prescriptions are RARELY ready & NEVER complete. 100% incompetency!! Sick of them messing with my health & wasting my time. Zero respect for customers is what you'll get from this pharmacy

I was given the WRONG VACCINE. Had an appointment for the Moderna Vaccine but was given a FLU SHOT. I needed this shot for work and have now lost that job due to the negligence of the pharmacists. All paperwork, online appointment and forms were filled out CORRECTLY the pharmacy was not busy AT ALLL phones were not ringing and just one car in the drive thru...

Had an emergency prescription they weren't able to fill all week, come in Friday and they tell me it's being filled right now, wait 30 minutes to be told by a different pharmacist that no, in fact they do not have my medication.I regret sending them the prescription in the first place.

Shout out to Jonah in the pharmacy who was above and beyond helpful today with orders that needed extra attention today! Very helpful and really seemed to care about the people he is helping.

The service and the wait time is absolutely outrageous. Just sat in the line for over 45 minutes before I made it to the front of the line, I was the 5th car back...they need more staffing and better planning when it comes to the pharmacy, there is no reason the lobby should be closed for pharmacy orders and for it to take that long to pick up an order. Maybe whoever makes the schedules for staffing needs to also be reevaluated and not have one person working during rush hour...

I drove to the drive up window and gave them a Perscription slip, after a few minutes the lady said were undermanned and won't be able to get it filled today...I said ok so when can you fill it? They said it will take a week...I was like wow a week...ok well I need the medication. Then they come back and say sorry we can't fill it for you...I was like what the...I went in to talk to the manager and didn't get much help at all. It's one thing to lie to me and say your undermanned and then another thing to say it's going to take a long time to fill the prescription and then outright refuse to order the Perscription and tell me no we aren't going to fill it for you. Very bad customer service!!!

We have used this pharmacy for over 15 years. They had great service and long term staff.....5 Star rating.However, recently everything changed. They are opened limited hours, closed weekends and 2 hours for lunch. You never know if they will be open or not. It looks totally disorganized, the staff is completely changed, new staff doesn't know what they are doing. Not sure what is going on but it is NOT good. We will be moving our presciption.

Update: I gave up on the phone and drove up there in person. Oddly enough - no line and the young girl at the pharmacy counter got it squared away in moments. She is awesome! The Cashiers (Up front) here are awesome and I would give them 5 stars! This review is only regarding the Pharmacy. The last 3 times I have gotten one of my prescriptions, they have given me qty 30 instead of the prescribed 60. The first time I thought I had misinterpreted and reconfirmed with my doctor who rewrote the prescription and confirmed a qty 60. Last time I asked them about it and I was told it was too late - they had already billed insurance. This time they did it again even though in the app it shows a qty of 60, and I was on hold with them for 20 minutes (you have 3 callers ahead of you, 2 callers, 1 caller, then it hung up on me). I called back and have been on hold for 20 minutes again...... Seriously you would be doing them a favor by taking your business elsewhere. This is my health they are putting at risk and I have a job that doesn't allow me to sit on hold for hours at a time.
