Worst customer service ever. Went in to buy 1 thing - waited in line for way too long (refunding candy corn for the couple infront of me). Finally my turn and I am in a rush at this point because I'm going to be late, then I put my item on the counter and told me she was going to help the lady behind me. I continued to wait for 15 minutes for their return and I left the store, along with many people behind me.

I checked my prescription status online and it said partial fill and that the rest would not be ready for a week which I can't not take it for a week! So I called to confirm if that was true or what was going on and the lady that answered couldn't have been ruder if she tried! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I was in shock for 10 minutes debating if I should call back or physically go down there and confront her! If it wasn't for one particular employee that recognizes me and knows exactly what I need and the brand I prefer I would NEVER go back! F you lady!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm new in this area and I know today was my first experience here, but I am very impressed that they had my prescriptions ready in a literal SNAP!! Hope this continues - although my previous Walgreens was fine, they were very very slow. Thank you!!

Went to get my kid a school vaccination. Made an online appointment, got confirmation and showed up a few minutes early. They don't take that insurance and I said I know but we need this vaccination right away so I'll pay for it myself. They refused to give it anyway. Biggest load of BS excuses; felt like they were busy and didn't want to stop their other work for 1 vaccination. Seriously. They refused a full price instant payment for my own good.

Rude staff. They are unwilling to answer any questions that you might have. Had to flag three people down just to get helped. Cashier didn't say anything through out the whole transaction, not even a hello. I stopped in here for a quick item but I'll be sure to go elsewhere from now on.

Bought a 100 dollar gift card there with the receipt and of course it doesn't work. Trina the manager told me tough they don't do refunds..... I was not asking for a refund but for the funds to be on the gift card that was paid for. Not sure if they are scamming customers or what. Management not there to help customers

Rude, condescending pharmacists. My wife and I have been getting many Covid tests for work reasons. After our last request for our two appointments, we never received confirmation or denial which has never happened to us before, so I called in to see what was going on. The woman from costumer service told me that all their appointments were lost but if I called the specific location where I requested a test, that I should still have an appointment. I called. I first talked with Mike, I simply told him that my wife and I had requested an appointment but hadn't received any confirmation or denial and was wondering if we had a test scheduled for that day. He got snippy and said if I didn't have a confirmation, that there was no confirmation that I ever had an appointment. Great. I asked if we had an appointment and he lectures me about confirmation numbers? How patronizing. So I asked again if we had a test scheduled and he transferred me to Stacy, who said there were no appointments for us scheduled that day. We said that's odd because we both requested appointments and the website said the time slots were available when we did. She said someone must have been asking for an appointment at the same time and taken the slot right before us. We said that sounds a little unlikely because both of us made appointments for different times separately. She then transferred us back to mike without saying anything. Mike started telling us about the confirmation number again and my wife got angry at this point and we hung up.

The pharmacy staff is so Rude specially the Indian guy he's a racist and he's not professional at all and they don't know about Customer service at all and they don't want to know!!! I think there's no management in Walgreens any more. It takes more than 2 weeks to get my prescription!!!!!

Rude staff and unreliable when managing online prescriptions vs pick up prescriptions. We started ordering online because I could not stand the rude lady with spiked hair. Anytime we went in or pulled through the drive through, she was always in a bad mood and that rubbed off on me. We will not be coming back.

Best Pharmacy EVER. The Lady at the Pharmacy got online and found a rebate for my prescription and saved me $75!!! I wish I'd gotten her name. Beautiful younger lady with long black hair and maybe glasses? Anyways next time I'll get her name and mention it. By far best customer service I've ever had at Walgreens. And boy did I need that savings right now. It made my day!

Trying to pick up a prescription and Julie was completely unreasonable Mad at the world. Your in customer service! Act like it Unbelievable! Then you don't even have the prescription done!!!!

I was in walgreens Puyallup off of 144th on Dec. 21, 2017 at 10:30 am, the Cashier older blonde, a bit heavy used to work the Walgreens in Graham is rude, rude, rude, she was rude when I went to the Walgreens in Graham, Wa so I quit going there, now she has been moved to Puyallup meridian on 144th and still rude like she comes in with a hangover every morning and should not be doing customer service, it is sad there are people looking jobs and then one like this woman has one and is so very mean to the customers, I think she needs to retire from customer service, I will be looking for a different Walgreens or move my scripts and service to Rite Aid
