Took way to long to get through the AI system to check for product. It kept telling me to look online.I was driving home and just wanted to know if they had it so I could swing through, and the dumb system kept telling me to look online instead of routing me to a person.I was still arguing with the system when I pulled into the parking lot five minutes later.

If you want a reliable pharmacy, I would look elsewhere because this Walgreens pharmacy is not it. I've used their pharmacy for 9 months and in that time they've had multiple unexpected closures. It tends to happen on a weekend too when you cant reach your doctor's office to have prescriptions sent elsewhere. I am aware that circumstances beyond their control can occur, but the frequency in which these events have happened and the fact that I've never had this issue with other pharmacies leads me to think this is a Walgreens issue. Their most recent closure was this past weekend. After 'fighting' with the automated system to get a real person, I spoke to a store employee Saturday morning and she stated they were closed because they didn't have a pharmacist and she wasn't sure if they'd be open on Sunday (they didn't). I would think a chain like Walgreens would have a better contingency plan for these types of situations.

I did not ask the names of the ladies but it is about 1pm on wed sept.20, 2023…went in to try and find my grammas lipstick…brought in her old tube, they scanned it…boom!!! found it! so grateful and my gramma will be so happy!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I did have a bit of a wait while she took care of an online order, but that isn't her fault.

Pharmacy is excellent. They do such a great job despite drug shortages and being so busy. Pharmacists are experienced. Manager is always quick to solve any problems. All the staff go out of their way to take care of me . I highly recommend them because they do an amazing job at filling my prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

I’ve had great experiences with them even when my prescription are all over the place they work hard to get it all figured out I appreciate you guys much much better service then when I lived in fed way and went to that one

Pharmacy needs to do better, asked to get a refill prior to them closing, lady put me on another hold which then started to ring and then hang up. Called back and the Asian pharmacist said she already put in the medication to be filled. But that wasn't the only one. Do better or get a different job!!!

Same dance, different song every time. It takes them days, if not weeks to get my medication filled. They will tell me a time, not ready. They will tell me it’ll be ready in a week because I call in advance and it will still not be ready. This place needs to get their act together because that’s beyond ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in America! These jokers don't care! They are only there for the paycheck, and that's it! Can't believe the apathy of this pharmacy. If there was a 0, that would be my true rating.

I love that they bill covid tests through your insurance so efficiently. The drive through is the reason I use this Pharmacy. Sometimes my Prescriptions are not ready for whatever reason but the staff are so efficient..they get it ready right then n there. I love the Pharmacists. They are so knowledgeable. Jaya is my favorite. She is so helpful . She goes out of her way and is very compassionate. She takes the time to listen to me...which is rare these days..Recently she saved me $ by suggesting a cheap alternative OTC drug when my insurance would not cover the prescription. .

These guys are some of the best pharmacy staff I’ve had the pleasure of knowing! With all that’s going on, they’re still managing to help everyone in a timely manner. Jaya is an amazing pharmacist! Super helpful and polite! Continue doing the amazing work you guys are doing.
