Ordered something online and they had a tracking number for me within an hour. I have dealt with a lot of Volkswagen parts departments all around the country and this one is superior in regards to getting the product to their customer and it's not even close. Highly recommend using these guys!

Awesome experience leasing our 2023 ID.4! Shawn Yi was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about going with our first EV. With our trade in, the tax break, and dealer incentives, we ended up with a monthly payment that is less than HALF of what we were paying for gas monthly! Love the car, super fun drive, and with 3 yrs of free charging at Electrify America and a travel charger thrown in - we are set for our 50+ mile per day, in-city driving needs.

I cannot recommend this dealership for a myriad of reasons. 1) The car they sold me broke within 3 days (2014 Jeep Patriot - Thankfully, I got the warranty). 2) The exact dealer I went through, Edward, had the dealership run my credit no less than 7 times when I arrived with COMPLETED financing from my chosen lender, excessively running my credit without fulling explaining what was happening. 3) The Finance Manager (Laura?) was not just flippant of the whole deal, but would rather make jokes than answer any of my questions during the purchase process. 4) After a death in my immediate family - after receiving notice on Oct 1st that my plates/registration came in from the state, has - as of this writing - still found it impossible to put a stamp on the envelope with my license plates and mailing them to me - as requested 6 times (The 2nd, 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th and as of today - the 17th of October). I have requested numerous times to speak to a supervisor - but no one who answers the phone will put them on. The ONE STAR that is here is for the Service department. Blake(?) was awesome - I will say that. I cannot recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership. I will tell anyone who asks me to stay away. This has been a horrible experience, and they will never get my business again.

The worst experience I've had at a VW dealer, and I've had 3 VWs. I was told when I scheduled the diagnostic appointment that I would have to leave my car for 24 hours, and they couldn't even see my car until the following month. When I dropped off my car Monday Oct 2 at 8 am, I was told 24-48 hours for a diagnostic. I received no phone call or text message that day or the next. I requested status Wednesday mid-morning. My car had not been touched yet - tech was sick. I had to reach out again Thursday for status. Finally got a call late Thursday afternoon with what needed fixed and they would need my car through Friday. I was going out of town Friday and requested to pick up my car. Tech then offered to stay late to fix the brakes so I could pick it up in the morning by 10. I told rep I don't have time for this now because I'm going out of town - which was WHY I scheduled a Monday appointment. I picked up my car Friday morning at opening and they scheduled another appointment for Oct 20 (the soonest they could get me in) to fix the actual problems. So the only thing done in the 96 hours they had my car was an oil change and diagnostic, which wasn't even started until Thursday afternoon. I didn't have my car all week, and I had to make arrangements for different transportation to Portland because my car wasn't fixed. I'm looking for an alternative to get my car fixed NOW - and for future service - rather than waiting another 3 weeks. Not a pleasant experience and I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The last few years have not been easy on everyone's finances, and after a few tries at other dealerships we were feeling pretty depressed. Had other dealerships quote us rates as high as 29.9% on an auto loan. Then after getting pre-approved through Capitol One auto finance (highly recommended) the dealership reached out. We made an appointment and met Edward Siou. Edward was an advocate for us and worked his ass off to get us a deal (complicated deal on our behalf) that made sense for us. Finance and sales manager worked hard as well to get us a great rate as well. Point is: They WANTED to earn our business and treated us with dignity. We left with a brand new 2023 VW Jetta GLI Autobahn and could not be happier. After 7 VW's purchased at another dealership we will now only go here.

Went to go look at a used car on their lot and asked about test driving it. Was told I could drive anything else on lot but not this car because the used car manager has the keys and wants to keep the miles low on it. I could test drive it if I went in a got qualified and had credit report run! Excuse me? Lol. Umm, no. And the car is nearly $10,000 more than what you can find anywhere else. Was told they paid a lot for the car and would not be considering any price below what they are asking. When asked where I see other cars similar for cheaper, told them just look up any car site like auto trader or cars.com. He laughed and said ohh, out of state? Well yes, i have no problem going out of state to save $10,000! Good luck selling a car that is extremely overpriced and you won't let people test drive it. Lol

Shawn was amazing today, very patient with my indecisive self, very accommodating. Worked all sorts of magic to get the best possible deal and allowed me to go on a nice ride in the 2023 VW Taos SEL. Great work!

I bought a used truck from Volkswagen of Puyallup and it was the very best experience. Everyone worked as a team with precision. The salesperson Peter was so attentive to detail and made sure that everything went smoothly for us. Thank you so much Peter and Team!

I was in the market for a new/used car. I went to Volkswagen of Puyallup and was helped by Shawn Yi. He was friendly and made the process fun and easy. The manager Daniel Aubrey was an excellent help and made sure i was taken care of and had followed up multiple times to make sure the process was going great. They made me feel at ease with the buying process and set me up with a 2016 Toyota Camry. It was the perfect car for me and I really enjoy it. I will definitely be going back to Volkswagen with any future purchases.

Went in for 1 year service. (1 year old car with just over 1k miles) Wait to be seen wasn't too bad, about 3 minutes, getting checked in was another 6-7 minutes. I was expecting about an hour for the oil change, per the scheduler I called previously. Advisor stated they were slow that day and should be completed sooner than an hour. I was stoked to hear that. I brought my laptop to wrap up some work but their guest wifi kept losing its connection so no online work for me. All I could do was listen to the staff talk about their personal lives as they're very loud. 90 minutes later, I asked the advisor of an eta and he said he'd check, came back minutes later and said "sorry man, they're wrapping it up right now, maybe 10 minutes or so." When the car was brought up front for me to leave (about 110 minutes after checking in), I did a quick inspection and found they left the oil cap off and oil & moisture was splattered in the engine bay. Advisor was stunned and didn't really have a response besides "oh man". He got what appeared to be a Sr Tech who did a quick inspection and all was good. The Sr Tech reassured me and I could tell he was a professional. I currently have 3 VW's from 2019 to 2022 and unsure if I'll use Puyallup VW in the future. Overall, this experience sucked. I'd be happy to remove this review if the professionalism of Puyallup VW changes and they reach out directly to me, with an apology for creating this experience. Still waiting for them to reach out to me, I'm not taking more time out of my day to call them and wait on hold to complain.

My partner and i went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change, and ended up waiting over three hours.. while i wouldn't be upset about the wait hearing the employee practically screaming in laughter over a door dash driver they were commenting with and numerous other personal conversations ,Meanwhile nobody checked in on us, let us know how long of a wait it would be nothing. Me and my partner both work customer service jobs and we both are customer facing. The customer service we received was f****** terrible, from a customer prospective they were messy, forgetful and not thorough. Not even 5 min down the road we're getting warning signals on the dash. and had to return to the dealership after waiting THREE HOURS to have them look at this now.

Went in for a car that wouldn't stay running. Left with a car that wouldn't stay running and a $1200 bill. The fix: a fuse. You would think this would be a part of the initial inspection to see if one needed replaced. Instead I got a bunch of new stuff that wasn't necessary.

The worst customer service and communication practices I have ever experienced. I gave them many opportunities to improve or to make amends and they continued to fail. And for frame of reference - I have never written a poor review for anything. I always look to the positive. I even provided them feedback in hopes they would follow up and I would not need to write this. But no such luck so I will do my best to help others. So many issues over multiple services but the main one is lack of communication. - car was suppose to be finished in a day. Took over a week and I only knew this because I called them. They failed to let me know - was told car was done on two separate occasions only to arrive (25 minute commute with a toll bridge included) to find out car was not done - was told car was done, picked up and they knew the problem that I came in with had not been addressed. They just happened to get the warning light off for a few brief moments. Warning came on 3 miles away from service center - was told car was done (after I called to check), picked up but they forgot to tell me a part was back ordered. Car was drivable but not done and I had to return - The best though was when I was told, the car was done, went to pick it up and it actually was not done. Still need to be detailed. We picked up the car regardless on that Saturday and took it home. I got a call Monday and they told me my car was ready to pick up. Confused I asked to clarify, I said my car is done now and they said yes we just talk to the service people and the car is ready for pick up. I've been informed them that my car was actually already picked up and not even at their shop. Will not be going to this service center again and will more than likely not purchase Volkswagen again (we currently own two)
