Stopped in because we had issues completing our Verizon business account online. We were greeted kindly enough but when we told the sales person we were there for three iPads, one of them being the 13” Pro, he said they didn’t have any of the new iPads in stock and “No one will have them in stock”. We later went to another Verizon store and they have all three iPads we were looking for in stock. Just blatant lies to try to keep the sale. Would not recommend this place.

Not a big fan of getting a new phone. But Chris had great customer service and made the transition so easy. He was patient with me and my many questions. I really appreciated the great customer service.

Mike is the absolute best to work with! I came in with my phone, which the touch screen had gone out on. Plus my man and I were due for an upgrade and wanted to get our own lines. In addition I was full of layers like an onion with questions freaking out. I was expecting to lose everything and be out of luck. He went above and beyond to make sure that wasn't going to happen. He not only got us our new phones right away but was so informative. He took the time to make sure we were all set up and more importantly, made sure we understood our amazing new devices. He was kind, understanding, and patient. Best experience.

Tray helped me set up my phone under 30 minutes and was super helpful with setting my phone up! Nicest and fastest Verizon I’ve been to!

Trey was amazing! He was so friendly and extremely helpful in setting up my new phone, and paying off my old one! He was able to answer every question I had and even some I hadn't thought of.

The fellas Trey, Chris and Antoine ( i really hope im spelling these gentlemen names right) there at Verizon were not only helpful but also a good resource for other products that I was not aware of and now truly appreciate!

Gabriel/Trey was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable on the products and pricing/ sales. Went in to upgrade our device & he remembered that there was a sale on the specific device we wanted and got us a better sale price. Even verified we got a lower monthly bill with the new device. Very enjoyable to do business with. Great asset for the team. We will definitely recommended and will being doing business with TCC/Verizon on Canyon from now on in the future. Can’t wait until our next upgrade. Very positive experience. Thanks!
