Employee knowledge varies greatly. We left after an hour and a half of working with someone. Just got up and left. We were nowhere near completion of buying a new phone. Watched many customers come and go with new phones. Unfortunate situation. I don’t recommend this store - but then, you could go in and get that genius guy who works there and have a good experience.

Waited an hour for nothing. Awful rude lady that didn't know anything. We were told by our local verizon that there was a promotion if we traded in our iphone 13s for the 15s, we also called customer service verizon to make sure and they said there was. So we were in this area and decided to do it, waited an hour just for the lady to say there was no promotion and that we were ridiculous thinking their was even when we told her our sources. won't be back there again. We ended up going to our local verizon right after and got the promotion. That lady was a joke! So make sure to check with other verizons before letting this place scam you.

The place is so good so nice successful parking you can park everywhere. The SECURITY is good. I met the guy Jeff is so charming so professional he helped me on time. Definitely visit the store once again if I have any problem well once well located customer care. Good arrangement on the price affair a lot of four self service new technology manager Rich. So nice. Good experience to visit the Store so nice so good. Always clean accessible washrooms they have washrooms customer can access all the time they give you your password and they’ll access it All latest mobilemobile phone there. Not far from main roads accessible over the roads next to FedEx very nice very good. I like the decoration inside and the outside the position of the store it’s so nice accessible and noticeable very nice customer care service you get Your to be helped on timeand leave Happy. There is a machine for social service if you wanna clear your bill, you can clear them on time with no queue they allow walkins so nice so good.

I had a disappointing experience at the cell phone store. Despite having two employees serving just one customer, they completely ignored me for over ten minutes. In the end, they couldn't provide me with a simple service, apparently because they needed both of them to assist one customer.

They are at new location and they aren’t no longer inside the mall. Also, the customer service was spot on and I really appreciate the young lady who helped me with exchanging my phone.

This location has shut down as of 2/12/24 but they haven't updated their listings. Customer service says we have to go inside to get our issue resolved but you can't call the store, and now they've closed. I'm so glad we switched to TMobile. The customer service is 100% better.

What is wrong with the Verizon help? Very unhelpful, this is the second store that I have bad service at! I'm going to start going to non Verizon authorized stores!

. I was expecting indifferent service and at least some wait time. I was wrong. Very good service and no wait. The person who helped me made sure all of my questions were answered and that I could comfortably use my new phone. The item I wanted was available. All in all a very satisfying visit

Really poor service. Inattentive staff that seemed more concerned about their own conversations than selling me a phone. Always loved verison but won’t go back to this store. Even saw 2 employees laughing about an old lady who was upset about a situation happening with her phone.
