I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10
If you come to this location, for sure ask for Taryn!

Taryn was great! Went in needing to upgrade my daughter’s phone. She was very helpful, crunched all the numbers and gave me lots of options/promotions. I was able to upgrade my phone as well even though I didn’t think I could. I highly recommend seeing Taryn.

Definitely over charged for a pair of JLAB ear buds.
The store charged me 60 dollars. The same exact pair retail for 30 dollars. Same with protective screen for my IPHONE. Gonna head back and get my money back.

I was just in and spoke with Taryn. I was helped with a whole array of problems I was having with various devices. Taryn went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure that every single detail was covered from top to bottom, I received very good service from Taryn! Highly recommend!

Came into the store grumpy because of my Verizon home Internet not being great. Thanks to Taryns' help I found out it was a simple address issue and I'm just not in a good location for Verizon home Internet even though my phone works great here. She helped me cancel my home Internet which I look forward to trying again once we move. Thank you for making me not grumpy anymore Taryn.

Taryn never disappoints! I’ve worked with her twice now on our family plan. I leave each time understanding my account, the money I’ve saved and feeling good about purchases. Taryn will provide multiple options tailored to meet my goals so that I feel in control of what I’m spending. Taryn’s no-judgement approach gives me freedom to be honest about where I’m at in life which gives her the ability to be even more creative. Taryn has handled challenging family accounts twice and I’ll be transferring all business accounts as well. I’m not a fan of sales people. The fact that I’m willing to commit to one speaks volumes. Seriously.

My phone basically died and Taryn went above and beyond to help! She discussed every possible option I could go with while being very clear and concise, helping me understand all the details. Also, she was very patient and created a fun atmosphere. Taryn should get all the browny points and a raise!!! Treat her well Verizon!
