Went here at my vet's recommendation because their office is closed for the weekend, never again. X-ray cost is egregious because they don't read them in house. Icing on the cake was getting misquoted for nausea meds, had my card charged, and then told I needed to be charged again.

My zweet lil chihuahua had this awful cough sounding like a freight train horn constant constant coughing for more than a month I took her to the Value pet Vet, she was prescribe 2 meds and as of today and almost $665.00(2 x-rays; 2 meds and blood work) later... my dog is still coughing something awful, I don't know if that cough is contagious or is bronchitis and is affecting me cause the dog doesn't sleep and I can't sleep either looking after her trying to calm her down. I don't mind the $$$ but I did expected for my dog to get better...

My dog was acting very strange by walking into things. I took him to Sumner vet who just gave him meds that did t help. After several visits to Sumer vet with no results I took him to Value Vet Clinic in Puyallup. The doctor immediately sent me to Blue Pearl for a MRI. Turned out my boy has a ruptured disk in his neck. At the time he was 10 years old. Fusion surgery was suggested. My insurance was used up for the MRI so I needed to wait until it renewed. My boy was in a lot of pain. I had to take him back to Blur pearl for a pain shot. They told me he would need another 5k MRI since it was over 90 days from his last one and with the surgery it would cost 18k. I asked if they could do pain management on him. They told me if I did t do the surgery they would not see him any longer. I was devastated. I went to Value Vet Clinic where the doctors prescribed meds. I am shocked at the results. I have not seen my boy so energetic in years. His tail is up, he is barking and excited like he was two years ago. I want to thank Value Vet Clinic for helping Boo have quality of like. I came very close to thinking I had to send him over the rainbow bridge. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. .

DO NOT GO HERE! I called ahead of time due to budget of $500. I was assured it would be under budget after explaining what was wrong with my dog. No wait, paid $70 to be seen only to find out close to $1000. Couldn't help my friend and was out $70 when I could have waited till the 1st if they were just honest!

Not at all any value what so ever!! 70 bucks to be seen, payment due upfront before anything . Wait was awkward , dog ear infection medicine $117.00 . Same meds are online for $29.00. They wanted another 170 for lab tests. No thanks I will never come to this place again. Not 1 bit cheap and not very friendly either.

My cat has had a organized attack on her by the fleas. She is just torn up. They have medicine that will fight the attack and give her relief. So yes, I am very happy with their service ?!!!

I’ve been to clinic many times but this time was different. I brought my old girl in thinking it was the end. Although the diagnosis wasn’t good they were able to make her feel great again and give us more time with her. Thank you to all the staff for helping her. I am forever grateful.
