I have had my mail delivered by workers from this office for 25 years. Their quality of service has deteriorated for the past 6 years (for me, at least). They have frequently mixed up my mail other peoples mail (they have lost whole packages and envelopes with items and forms that were important to me for work and on a personal level. I will never know - even with the online informed delivery service - if or when I will get a letter addressed to me because now someone else will have to decide to send it back in the mail, track me down to deliver it, or just not care to do anything so they’ll keep it or trash it). They have people who sort out the mail for delivery, if a mix-up happens once or twice every few years, then so be it. This has been a weekly pattern for years, and one that they need to fix. Their drivers are too lazy to follow delivery instructions because they will mark a package with a required signature as undelivered because “no authorized recipient was available” on days when I waited by the door for them to knock. They never knock, they just default to the pink slip. If you have the time to pull up to my driveway, fill out the slip, scan it on your end, leave it on my door, and drive away, you have the time to knock once or twice. And when I select that they re-deliver it in person to me, they’ll leave it in the mailbox and mark online that they delivered it to me in person - you could not be farther from the truth. When I do have to come here, their counters are understaffed with at most two employees (it used to be three) servicing people. The lines fill up fast, and depending on who is working as a clerk at the counter, you will be forced to wait upwards of 20-40 minutes because the ones who I regularly see are unmotivated, arrogant, and not at all able to call themselves someone who deals with customer service. Their phone skills are terrible, I have had phone calls where I was put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and the call ended up dropping, and when I called again to ask for timely service, they hung up the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and unjustified. They are not capable of receiving feedback because I have filled out complaint form after complaint form to their administration, filled out online feedback forms, and have mentioned feedback to their workers in a kind manner. After all of that, they have not improved. If I wasn’t stuck with them as the sole government mail service, I would ditch them in a heartbeat. You can go to other places as much as you want to limit your interactions this office, but your day-to-day mail will still get mishandled or lost by them without a care in the world. I would change my mind about them in the future if they made real changes (like culling their terrible workers) and actually bothered to care, but as of now, I am convinced that will not happen. They are not a competent office that deserves to call themselves a postal service.

This is the worst USPS in existence. The carriers refuse to deliver packages. I have complained 4 times and they have now refused to deliver over 10 packages. I have a special needs child and they are refusing to deliver his larger sized hard to find diapers. Which is obviously a need. The lines are long and take forever. You can always hear people complaining about there personal USPS horror stories involving this place when you are in line. Don't expect anyone to actually solve a problem here. This place is worse than the dmv.

24 hour access not available. They have been locking the doors at an unknown hour. No signs or hours listed on the doors other than the 24 hour access sign. Very irritating as I cannot get to the post offices until after they close and I rely on this one to get my shipments out after hours. Even the website still says 24 hours. They should update the signs if they are closing the doors.

Would be nice if they didn't close all the windows for lunch or at least indicate that on your hours.

Only one person is ever working the counter. The wait times are extremely long.

The ladies working the front are very nice and helpful. There needs to be more help though. Although the ladies work very quickly, sometimes the traffic is very heavy, which makes the waiting process a lengthy one.

I've had a PO Box for about 15 years at this location.I don't know what is going on, but I've multiple financial and medical documents returned as undeliverable recently. When I go to the location, they just don't seem to care. The customer service has deteriorated lately. The employees seem to mill about with no sense of urgency.Tried to call and speak with a person, no results...just put on hold and then, disconnected.Maybe they hire temporary employees with "no skin in the game".Currently, this place is horrible to do business with. How can a correctly address letter be returned as undeliverable when it is delivered to the post office?Am I missing something, or do these staff members just not care?Unbelievable.

Seemed like a perfectly standard USPS location to me. Counter staff was friendly and patient with everyone in front of me. It did seem a little understaffed but that's what happens when everyone waits until 4pm to rush in. 1-star reviews claiming prices are higher here are wrong. They're the same price as every other USPS location. And yeah, shipping anything anywhere these days is expensive regardless of carrier.

Lisa you are the MVP thank you for letting me know about the Flat rate boxes vs the standard one I came in. Saved me some $$ Customer service from Lisa on point. Now, yes lines tend to long with only 2 clerks. Please be kind and patient to the clerks. It is not their fault they are understaffed and do not have octopus arms to help all of us at once.

I've been going to this post office for many years. Most of the time, I have had a pleasant experience. Issues that I've encountered have mostly been with the self-service center machines. Sometimes when I need them there is one or both of them out of order. Also, some of the addresses that I use end up giving me an error message popup stating that the address that I entered cannot be found, which sometimes delays me from mailing out packages to my family. When this occurs, I have to make sure that I can make it during business hours to wait in line to receive mailing services. Usually, the line is very long and there is only one or two staff members at the service counter. But the line does go down fairly quickly so it's not too bad unless it's a holiday. There's a new minimum stamp purchase that is 2 instead of doing singles now if buying a full stamp book is not wanted. Another issue that I just experienced today is this popup, "The postage printer is not functioning at this time. You will not be able to buy stamps or mail packages." I still prefer the self service center machines because it is open 24/7. The sign in the lobby confirms that the lobby is open as well the same time ("Box Lobby Open 24 Hours Monday Thru Sunday"). I do wonder how this problem could be fixed during off hours besides waiting in the meantime so I looked around.Another issue that I had encountered previously was during the time I went to retrieve my receipt to ensure that I received my delivery confirmation to text a photo of it to the recipient of the package. There was a bit of a holdup and I was lied to about how she said that she pressed it into the machine, but I didn't see her pressing anything while I was watching her to confirm the purchase. Because this encounter had occurred, I believe that it contributed to my package getting to its destination later than the expected date. However, there could've also been other factors as well. There's been improvements in providing information during off-hours, which is nice that I noticed today. There are many signs with useful information including their newish system that I was asking about earlier this year to make sure I receive my mail called "Informed Delivery" with free signup. It took me a couple of post office visits in Puyallup to acquire this information since I wasn't receiving my confirmation email on their website, but in the end...it ended up working with much persistence. They are willing to accept requests and suggestions about consumers' postal experiences via their website, QR Code, or phone number also. They are very transparent with their hours. Since issues that I've been encountering have been getting solved and there are much more options to choose from, I'm happy to have the access that is offered at this local post office center.

Awful post office. Always huge lines. The drop off bins are always jammed on the weekend so cant drop off pckgs after hours. Last few weeks both self service kiosks are down and unusable so I can't get receipts.

People are kind, but more help/post acceptance is needed. Only 1 person is working and no matter the hour of the day 15+ people are waiting. That’s tough.
